I was looking into your order and I see that you ordered the “Golden Serenity” floral arrangement from our catalog. This is one of our best sellers that people love. It’s a design that we intentionally created in a 12-inch tall by 5-inch wide cylinder, precisely to give it the unique look that it has; it is a tall and slender arrangement. That is the reason for the base we used. If we made it with a wider base, it would lose its unique appearance. I’m sorry that it was not to your mother's liking. We suggest that you leave us any changes you would like in the special instructions (with enough time) for any of our designs in case of a future order. Thank you.

Hello Cynthia, the floral arrangement you ordered is a mix of different types of flowers and colors that are in season. Our designer used 2 orange carnations, which were placed at the bottom of the arrangement as per the original design. In the future, please feel free to specify in the 'special instructions' which flowers you would prefer not to have. Moreover, the 'purple roses' are not actually roses; they are called Lisianthus and are the original flowers included in the arrangement. Regarding the size, more flowers were added than what the arrangement originally included

We apologize for the inconvenience. We were out of stock of the exact base, so we decided to use a second option that was 12 inches long but wider than the original, allowing it to hold the same quantity of flowers as shown in the original picture.

Mr. Mike, Uber's courier service helps us cover remote areas where drivers may not be able to go due to a different route for the day. We've never had an incident before where a floral arrangement didn't reach its destination because we can track the driver's route and have evidence that the driver went to the correct address and delivered it at 4:05 pm yesterday. You mentioned that the person 'didn't thank you' for the flowers and wanted a second arrangement for free today, but we have proof that it was delivered to the location you specified.
