Magenta Flowers & Events is led by Alejandra, a passionate floral designer who loves creating beautiful and thoughtful arrangements for every occasion. From everyday bouquets and special gifts to weddings, quinceañeras, sympathy flowers and events, every design is created with attention to detail and a personal touch. Our goal is to make every floral experience beautiful, meaningful and memorable.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We offer flower delivery throughout Pasadena and surrounding areas, including Baytown, Deer Park, La Porte, League City, and Texas City. Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location.
Orders should be placed in advance whenever possible. Same-day delivery may be available depending on order volume and flower availability. Please contact us to confirm availability for same-day orders.
We do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, but specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. Someone must be available to receive the order, or a safe delivery location must be provided.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and we will be happy to review the situation and work with you on a resolution.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (832) 693-4473, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (832) 693-4473 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
