Could be better I expected pink hydrangeas like within the picture displayed before purchase but they have her green ones, the flowers did smell very good tho & they’re in good condition.

Hi Angelo, we are sorry that the premium arrangement that we delivered for you yesterday did not contain the 1 pink hydrangea shown in the picture, and has lead you to give us a 3 star review. However, as you stated, we did substitute 2 green ones, and you did not include in your review that we also used a larger vase than was pictured, more pink roses and even added white roses for you, according to our customer service standards and our substitution policy that is posted for every design, including the design you selected, on our website:

We are glad that you included in your 3 star review that the flowers smell very good and are in good condition. In the future, when you order flowers and you expect a particular flower to be included so that you do not give that florist, or any business, a low review for missing that flower, make sure you include that expectation in your comment section so that the florist can communicate whether that flower is available and you can have the opportunity to cancel your order.

The flowers were spectacular. Even more beautiful than the photo on their website. I learned about my friends passing late and I was out of town so my first choice, the lazy one, was the funeral home website. The funeral was at Wages and Sons in Lawrenceville. They had flowers on their website but I did not like any of those choices. I have always loved Legacy Florals. They never disappoint. The flowers and the arrangement are always beautiful. Such a sad day and these gorgeous flowers brightened it for everyone. And they kept in touch with me at every step.

You made my daughter in law’s first Mother’s Day a hit. She was pleasantly surprised and appreciative. Excellent job.

I purchased the DELUXE version of the pictured item. When the item was delivered, it was not close to matching this picture. The bow looked like a piece of ribbon that was thrown around the tumbler as the delivery person was walking out the door. If the picture shown is the regular option, the deluxe option should be at least that but really a step above. In addition, the note I wrote to accompany the arrangement was incorrect!

I called to inquire about it and was told, “The bow was used in place of the hearts pictured.” I was offered a refund of only $13!

This is what happens when you spread the wealth to support local and small businesses! I have patronized many floral shops in the area that offered excellent customer service and satisfaction! I will not settle for substandard customer service and quality!

Hello, Mr. Major, we are sorry that you feel you need to give us a low review 2 weeks after we assumed this matter had been resolved to your satisfaction. I think any customers who see your low review should have all the facts surrounding the concerns you have expressed in your review. As we discussed on February 14, 2025, shortly after your order had been delivered to your daughter when you called to complain that it did not contain the heart pick shown in the picture on our website. We asked you to send a picture of the arrangement, which you texted to us (of a very awkward picture not showing the custom tumbler the flowers were designed in). You were advised that we did substitute a ribbon for the heart pick shown in our picture, the primary subject of your concern. In text our conversation, we offered to retrieve the order and give you a full refund. You indicated that your daughter liked the arrangement and that you would accept a partial refund (20% of your total order for the substitution of a ribbon for a pick) which was processed immediately. We are disappointed that you have given us a low review 2 weeks after delivery, 2 weeks after we attempted to resolve the issue and 2 weeks after you received your agreed upon $13.00 refund toward your $65.00 order (20% partial refund for substituting a ribbon in place of a heart pick) that included a custom tumbler, instead of allowing us to give you a full refund and retrieve the item, all attempts made by us to extend customer satisfaction to you on Valentine's Day. We sincerely hope that you can find a floral shop that will offer you better customer service than we have.

I got this arrangement for my mom that turned 92. She has macular degeneration, so I wanted some bright colors for her to see. This arrangement was delivered and was so stuffed with flowers and so bright and happy. My mom is just loving it.
It is a beautiful arrangement and Legacy does not skimp on the flowers. On time delivery, stayed in touch about the process. Legacy is my go to always flower store. Thank you for making her day more blessed.

Was blown away with these flowers! I ordered these from Texas for my mom who lives in GA for her 60th birthday! I am always nervous they are not going to look like the image provided but these looked EXACTLY like the image! My mom was so happy when they were hand delivered to her on her birthday! They were beautiful, looked exactly like the images, and were delivered on time! 10/10 recommended!!!

They are absolutely great at legacy. Ordered last minute but they ensured delivery and their arrangement was exactly as requested. Also stopped by for a cemetery arrangement and they were able to provide exactly what I needed.
