Substitution Policy
At LaMar Maison, every arrangement is crafted with intention and artistry. While our photos reflect the overall style and spirit of each design, some vases or floral varieties are one‑of‑a‑kind and may not be available at the time of your order.
If a substitution is necessary due to seasonality, weather, or market availability, we will thoughtfully choose blooms or containers that honor the original style, color palette, and mood of your selected design. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value, ensuring your arrangement maintains the refined beauty you expect from LaMar Maison.
If certain elements are especially important to you, please share those details in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us directly so we can confirm availability and accommodate your request whenever possible.
Delivery Policy
At LaMar Maison, we take great care to ensure your flowers, candles, and gifts arrive beautifully and on time. Please review our delivery guidelines below:
Timed Deliveries We honor requested delivery times as closely as possible. Deliveries may arrive up to 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the selected time window.
If the Recipient Is Unavailable If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to our studio, and a notice will be left asking the recipient to contact us to arrange a new delivery time or date.
Weather‑Related Delays Adverse weather conditions may cause delays or make delivery temporarily unsafe or impossible. In such cases, your order will be delivered as soon as conditions allow. We will attempt delivery up to three times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled.
Refund Policy
At LaMar Maison, every floral arrangement, candle, and gift is crafted with care. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:
Fresh Flowers Because floral arrangements are perishable and custom‑designed, all flower sales are final. If there is an issue with the quality or condition of your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Candles & Gift Items Non‑perishable items such as candles and gifts may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Returns must be brought back to the shop with proof of purchase.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours. We will remake, replace, or issue store credit depending on the situation.
Refunds Refunds are issued only when a replacement or store credit cannot be provided, and only to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non‑refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before design and preparation begin. Once flowers have been processed or the order has been created, cancellations may receive store credit only.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (469) 740-9035, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (469) 740-9035 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
