The Lei was beautiful, but the service was bad. I called in the morning to confirm that the store closes at 5pm and we can pick up the lei anytime before that. We got to the store around 3pm but it was closed. When we called them we were told that they had gone out for lunch and we had to wait for 40 minutes for them to get back and give us the lei. I had asked for blue and gold ribbons to be attached but that was missing. I had provided a message to be printed on a card, that wasn’t provided either. Although both the card and the ribbons were given after I reminded them, that delayed us further.

This was a difficult time with my oldest friend in Hospice Care at home, not able to even lift her head to see the flowers properly. I knew that she would be able to smell the sweet aroma of roses and stocks, and the florist even added a stem of Oriental lilies to the arrangement, not too strong to be overwhelming, just enough to add a different sweetness. They were beautiful and lifted the spirits of everyone.

I cannot say for sure how the arrangement that I ordered turned out because it was not delivered to the church in time for the deceased's funeral.
I ordered 3 floral arrangements for this one funeral and this was the 3rd arrangement of the three that I ordered online. All orders had the same name of the deceased and the same address of the church. I had added a note to deliver the arrangements first thing in the morning, as the funeral was a 10:30am, on the first two orders. Unfortunately, I neglected to include this note on the 3rd order.
I would expect that an experienced florist would notice that floral arrangements for a funeral scheduled for the same day, with the same recipient's name, the same address of the church the flowers were to be sent to, and the same name of the purchaser, for 3 sequential orders, would be able to figure out that all 3 orders should be delivered together, first thing in the morning for the 10:30am funeral, but they weren't.
When a guy from the florist called me to tell me that they were unable to deliver the flowers because they arrived after the funeral had ended, he wanted me to provide an address of a relative of the deceased so the delivery could be completed. He was quick to point out that the mistake on the delivery time was my fauIt because I hadn't added a note on the 3rd order to specify a time for the delivery. I got the feeling that there was no way that they would reimburse me for the cost of the bouquet because his attitude was very terse with me when I asked why they didn't realize the flowers should be delivered with the others that were for the same funeral at the same church, and he was very insistent that I provide another contact so they could complete the delivery. After I made calls to get a contact for him, he called me later to tell me he talked to the deceased sister and that she would have someone come to the shop to pick up the flowers.
Based on what I saw of the other arrangements that I ordered; I assume the flowers in this arrangement were beautiful, but I thought the customer service in this case was terribly lacking.
I would consider ordering from this florist again because their flowers are beautifully done, but I warn that you MUST make sure to be very specific with your directions on delivery of your order because if there are any problems with the order, the fault will be blamed on you and this florist will not take any responsibility.

A guy from La Floriya called me after I placed the order to encourage me to purchase an upgrade to the deluxe version of this arrangement, saying that the standard floral wreath would only be 22" in diameter and may appear too small. I thought the standard wreath was sufficient and did not change my order.
I found the floral arrangement that I ordered to be beautiful, more than sufficient in size and it was delivered exactly as it was portrayed in their website photo. I would definitely use this florist again in the future.

Ordered the Tangerine Dream specifically for the orange roses and received red roses that were wilted. with the red rose, the other flowers didn't really match, so overall not great.
When asked, the florist said that they weren't able to get orange and that was it. Didn't provide any other options and given it was Valentine's day I didn't have any other options.
Options or a call before to let me know so that I could do something, would have been appreciated.

My sister and I ordered a bouquet for my mom on her birthday. Both of us live far away, but not only was the ordering process super easy and straightforward, but the delivery also went smoothly! When I arrived to pick up the flowers, I was told that they couldn’t find the flowers. My order had gotten taken mistakenly and so I had to wait for the delivery driver to come back with my order.
I was told it would only take 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes. Eventually, it was remade but the flower arrangement looked a bit off. There was a big lettuce looking part at the very front which made it look kind of weird. There also weren’t very many actual flowers in the arrangement.
I understand that it was very busy because of Mother’s Day, but I wish they had been more upfront about the situation.

I would give no stars if it was available. I ordered yellow roses as opposed to the peach colored ones. However, the peach roses were sent. When I called to ask about the error the man talked over me, lied, and gave the excuse that he was busy (was given 24 hrs notice). I believe there is new ownership as good English speaking women used to own this Florist and I have ordered long distance with them for years. They provided top quality, professionalism, and service. This is not the same service and first horrible service I have ever experienced with a Florist. Untrustworthy. Beware.

It was getting late (almost 6:30p) so I called La Floriya to check if the delivery was in route as promised for May 1st. The call was answered with a 'Hello?' (not very professional). The gentleman explained that the flowers were ready and would be delivered by 7pm. I told my friend who was waiting for the delivery...and at 8:45pm the flowers were FINALLY delivered! I since tried to call the same number back and reached a recording stating "the mailbox is full"(very frustrating!). The arrangement arrived with an unexpected LARGE white mum directly in the middle...which was not mentioned in the arrangement. Also strange, was that ONE bright pink rose was dipped/spray painted gold on the tips...very odd and not as I expected. Nevertheless, the recipient expressed her appreciation (she probably wouldn't complain regardless)...

I was very happy with previous year purchase. But this year flowers do not look like the picture, they are already full bloom opened. I understand that the picture is not always the same as the delivery but that was too much difference. The flowers probably only look good for a few days.

We had to send flowers to a daughter of a Uni mate. Funeral was in Saratoga and we are living in Melbourne, Australia.
I was not certain what would be the size and whether it would be a great selection. But when I views the funeral I could recognise flowers that was sent by us. It was really worth sending those flowers and I can recommend using them for sending flowers for an event in USA.
But only issue is their website would not allow you to enter overseas details like the phone number or the address.

To clarify, the bouquet itself is unremarkable. It's the customer service that is disappointing. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday because Im not currently in San Jose. It started when I did a follow up at 8pm because the flowers hasn't arrived yet. I reiterated to call the recipient's number. The guy in-store that I was talking to said the truck had multiple deliveries to make so I said I will just wait for an update. Come 9pm, I didn't receive an update and the flowers still hasn't been delivered. So I called again and was informed that it was delivered to the wrong address but they will still deliver on the same day. They also mentioned that the recipient was called multiple times but didn't answer.
Finally, I received a phone call that the flowers were delivered. I asked my recipient if they received it and if he has received missed calls or voicemails. Both were negative. I called again and asked the guy I was talking to if he delivered to the wrong address again. He insisted that he did and sent a picture of the delivery. The picture showed a porch with the apartment number. I told him that the apartment number is same but it is the wrong front door because it is on the wrong building. He irritably told me that it is not his problem as long as it is the same apt number. I even told him that if he can take a picture of the building number then I would be somewhat satisfied but he still insisted that it was delivered to the right address and tell the recipient to call him. He even mentioned that the recipient was called three more times. No calls were received when I asked my friend(recipient).
I finally told my wife to call the number instead and broke the supposed to be surprise for her birthday. My wife called and the guy who was delivering was rude to her and lashed out at her saying that he is supposed to be at home but is still outside because of this (failed) delivery. Even said to her that it is not my place to be irritated that the delivery wasn't made because of confusion.

After an hour the same guy called my wife that he is outside the our house and for her to come pick up the flowers. Finally that same guy realized that he delivered to the wrong building with the same apartment number.
Nevertheless, the experience was both disappointing and frustrating.
Finally, I received a phone call that the flowers were delivered. I asked my recipient if they received it and if he has received missed calls or voicemails. Both were negative. I called again and asked the guy I was talking to if he delivered to the wrong address again. He insisted that he did and sent a picture of the delivery. The picture showed a porch with the apartment number. I told him that the apartment number is same but it is the wrong front door because it is on the wrong building. He irritably told me that it is not his problem as long as it is the same apt number. I even told him that if he can take a picture of the building number then I would be somewhat satisfied but he still insisted that it was delivered to the right address and tell the recipient to call him. He even mentioned that the recipient was called three more times. No calls were received when I asked my friend(recipient).
I finally told my wife to call the number instead and broke the supposed to be surprise for her birthday. My wife called and the guy who was delivering was rude to her and lashed out at her saying that he is supposed to be at home but is still outside because of this (failed) delivery. Even said to her that it is not my place to be irritated that the delivery wasn't made because of confusion.

One side note, for some reasons, our card was swapped with another flower arrangement when attended the service, it was probably not your fault, my guess is when they moved thr flowers around, cards dropped off then they just randomly put them back. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
