Either he or she will receive 1 (ONE) custom arrangement for Easter, 1 (ONE) for Mother's Day or Father's Day, 1 (ONE) on or near his or her Birthday, and 1(ONE) for Christmas. TOTAL OF 4 ARRANGEMENTS. Delivery fees will only be applied to the first delivery. No additional delivery fee for the other 3 deliveries. A BloomSnap of each arrangement will be emailed prior to each delivery to your provided email. Each arrangement will come with a vase or decorative container and be unique to the season. Please leave his or her Birthday date in the comments as to correctly be listed in our records for delivery. A follow up phone call may be instructed by us. Note: May be started any month of the year. You will receive a total of 4 consecutive Holiday deliveries.

In some instances, the florists photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

PICK UP NOTICE: No pick ups within 30 minutes of closing, This leaves us time to finish the cleaning details and prep for the next day. All pick-ups MUST be paid in full right away or else I do not hold anything for more than a half hour especially on a Holiday. We are a local company, so we Deliver to Greenfield, Greendale, Milwaukee, West Milwaukee, Cudahy, Hales Corners, St. Francis, Caledonia, Franklin, Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, Brookfield, Elm Grove, Muskego, New Berlin, Germantown and Mequon. Contact us, if your delivery is located further South or West of Milwaukee. (We do make exceptions) Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday (10 A.M. till 6:00 P.M.) Fridays and Saturdays (10 A.M. -5:00 P.M.) After hours Wedding and/or Prom consultations are available by appointment IF SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
