I ordered this arrangement for my niece who is in St. Luke's hospital. I was extremely disappointed when she posted a picture of the arrangement. It is small, and looks like scraps were used! I also paid to get the "upgrade" ! I was embarrassed to send that to my niece in the hospital.

Was not happy with the arrangement. Looked like they just plopped some flowers in a vase. For the cost I could have done much better at 1-800-flowers.

We filled your order with seasonal flowers, winterberry bush and accented the vase with ribbon and button wire. We are not connected to any wire service and can not speak to their designs. We sincerely hope you give us another try.

I loved the designers choice that was made for my sister's 40th birthday! Kathy's 2nd Chance Plants delivered it on time and even sent me a picture of the bouquet! I will definitely use them in the future.

Kathy really nailed this planter I ordered as a gift. I placed the order online and she called me less than an hour later to discuss pick up time and details. And then it was ready at noon and I received an email with a photo of the finished planter. I loved the personal touches Kathy added... Super fast and a gorgeous gift. I'll definitely be back.

The only thing that wasn't thought through was they called my mom instead of me to confirm the delivery. Even though I specifically wrote on there not to call her for that, and to call me. And the delivery guy left her a voicemail saying what it was. Which completely spoiled the surprise for mothers day.

After my mother called me to see if i had sent her something or if it was a scam phone call, I called Bloomnation to confirm the delivery for her, and whomever answered had an attitude about it. I won't be ordering from them again.. the arrangement was pretty, but definitely over priced.

Good Morning Krista, As per our website announcement because of the Covid 19, "We are currently providing Touch-less deliveries which will require the receipt's phone number to call to make sure they are home and another call after delivery has been made to have them retrieve the item from their porch or side door." Your Mother was called to make sure she was home and the call stated that we are a courier service and that we have a delivery for her. With the changes in the world now, surprises are a thing of the past. Sorry for any confusion.

Ordering flowers through Kathy's for my first time and the service was excellent. I was able to have my bouquet and sweet treats delivered to my loved one in a matter of hours. They loved the You are My World feature and said it was very unique and beautiful. Thank you for creating beauty that made my loved one smile.

The folks receiving the flowers were not home, they left a door tag - followed up with a phone call and an email and on the final delivery notification.

This was our first time ordering from Kathy's 2nd Chance Plants. We were absolutely wowed by every part of our experience. Ordering from their website was so easy - we live in Maine and wanted to send my mother-in-law a birthday gift. I loved it that I could actually see what I was ordering and could customize the peace plant with the addition of some fresh flowers. Then I received an email with an actual picture of what was being sent. Then I got a call from Kathy's letting me know that the gift had been delivered. We spoke with my mother-in-law on her birthday and she was thrilled with her gift. My brother-in-law sent us a picture of her with her gift and it was exactly what we saw earlier in the photo sent to us from Kathy's. So you cannot go wrong ordering from Kathy's. I cannot say enough about how delighted we have been with this experience. We will definitely use them again when sending flowers to our relatives in Wisconsin.

A beautiful “florists choice” bouquet was created by Kathy. Turn around time was hours from order to deivery. She personally followed up to assure the delivery was complete. I highly recommend her florist.

Flowers arrived just like the picture. Kathy made sure that all the details were accounted for and the flowers were delivered on time and as requested. I don't often buy flowers but if I were to buy again, I would definitely look at Kathy's arrangements first.

I ordered from her BloomNation storefront at the very last minute, on the the Saturday of a weekend holiday for delivery the next day (the funeral was to be on Monday but her site said she would be closed). Not only was the arrangement beautiful but, she even called the funeral home in advance to make sure they'd be open for delivery on Sunday. This was a very pleasant online shopping experience. The website was easy to use. I choose the Designer's Choice for a Get Well arrangement and I could not be more pleased with the result. Correspondence from the florist via email was timely.
When the arrangement was ready to go, I received photos by email of it for my approval. The flowers were even delivered within a few hours of placing the order. The recipient of my arrangement contacted me to say that the flowers were very fresh and colorful. I felt that I got my a great value for my purchase. Thanks "Kathy"!
