Very happy with the service and the flowers are gorgeous! My only comment is on the last two deliveries, the delivery person is very, very hard to understand when they call And both times the person sounded extremely frustrated rather than just calling to find out what they should do in the circumstance. First delivery I requested they walk in but the gate was locked so they had to call me about that which is fine. Second delivery the person was not home and they needed to leave the flowers right outside their door, which was also fine. Being hard to understand while being frustrated at the same time with some thing that I think can be worked on.

Beautiful arrangement. Arrangement was as shown. I got the top tier one which was a great deal considering the rate with some of the other florist and looked worth more money than I actually spent.

I'm actually very disappointed since the arrangement I ordered and what my receipent received had different flowers. For example, I specifically chose this pink mixture and the one she received had white hydrangeas and purple flowers and no light pink orchid. The picture is also misleading since the arrangement she received looked less fuller and didn't event have the large green leaves that hold the flowers on the bottom
