Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (469) 900-8095, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (469) 900-8095 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Nothing on the site is pictured at standard and is also say that when you click on each size offered. We would love to fix this for you plz give us a call.

|I asked and the flowers were not delivered by 1430 so i called back. Alicia doubled down that the driver was already in route and mentioned that I may have not given the right address, so anyway she mentioned she will call back in 5 minutes after contacting the driver.
When we spoke on the phone a third time she brought up the extra fee for deliveries before noon, and then she mentioned the fact that you have a two hours window to receive an order and deliver...and mentioned again that the order was received and ready by 0946, so made no sense they did not showed up on time OR CALL BACK TO ME TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION ABOUT THE EXTRA FEE NOT COVERED, ...then she said the flowers were still there and that the driver was heading back to have it delivered before 1800 hrs. and that was my fault not adding the extra fee at the check out , even when your system did not showed any option to do so.... anyway, because of she lying to me about the flowers being out for delivery TWICE and the fact that she tried to making my fault the lack of correct payment options on your portal I cancelled the order and made the entire experience awful, first time in 18 years that I do not deliver a bouquet on my wife's birthday. Be sure this review will be shared as much as possible. Terrible misleading customer service, no serious business with this company.

|When ordering by selecting the diffuser, it was confusing what the smells were based on the names, it would have been nice to see the names, plus smells because some of the names weren't recognizable. Also, I like minimalism and would like more options like this.

|There were only a few fully bloomed pink roses on the perimeter and the rest were white hydrangeas with a little bit of green filler vs what the picture looked like. So if you want it to look like the picture, with more roses, you might need to go to the 2nd or 3rd price point they have listed. I just went with the first level.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
