TEN STARS ... My 89 year old Aunt was surprised and impressed with her birthday flowers! "These GORGEOUS roses are the size of baseballs!" Flowers were delivered immediately after the order was placed! The person I spoke with by phone was most helpful when I requested an alternate color of rose, and carefully explained how to enter the change online. What a wonderful experience. Crystal was so very kind and helpful and didn't get frustrated with my numerous phone calls. It's always challenging to order a floral arrangement online or via the telephone because you never know if you will get what you are seeing online.

Well, our experience was fantastic because we not only received what we were looking for, but more. Jean's Flowers took the extra steps in assuring that someone would be available to accept the delivery of this funeral floral basket by contacting the church the week before to confirm a delivery time. This was greatly appreciated because we had to be out of town for a work conference the week before the funeral.

The flowers were beautiful. My Dad has just passed away before Thanksgiving and I couldn't get home to Yucaipa to see Mom. However, it was missing the greeting card so she had no idea who the arrangement was from and did not receive the message, which was very disappointing. If I didn't text her to verify that she received it, she would not know it was from me :(.

I ordered the birthday cake made from flowers bouquet, along with balloons and candy for my son-in-law. I sent a note saying it was for a man, so would they make it as masculine as possible. The arrangement was better than the picture I ordered from and the balloons were fantastic! Bigger and better and great for a man. I would recommend Jean's Flower Basket for everyone.
