Jasmine Rae Floral Design is a Syracuse, New York floral studio creating thoughtfully designed flowers for life’s meaningful moments. What began as a love for turning flowers into something personal has grown into a floral business known for romantic, garden-inspired designs with an artful, elevated feel. Every arrangement is created with intention, using color, texture, movement, and seasonal blooms to make each piece feel distinctive rather than mass-produced.

Hi, I’m Jasmine, owner and lead florist behind Jasmine Rae Floral Design. My love for floral design began in 2010 while I was working at a hotel on the beach in Santa Barbara, California. Each week, a new floral arrangement would arrive for the hotel, and I found myself completely inspired by the way flowers could transform a space. Those arrangements sparked something in me, and I decided to pursue floral design.
I went on to study both basic and advanced floral design at the Southern California School of Floral Design before continuing my education at City College of San Francisco, where I completed their floristry program. Over the years, I gained experience working with wedding and event florists as well as everyday flower shops, learning the many sides of the floral industry and developing a design style of my own.
For nearly 10 years, I dreamed of opening a flower shop where I could bring my own creative vision to life. In 2021, that dream finally became Jasmine Rae Floral Design. Today, I’m known for romantic, garden-inspired designs that feel lush, organic, and full of movement, texture, and unexpected details.
What I love most about this work is getting to create something meaningful for people. Whether I’m designing an everyday bouquet, sympathy flowers, a wedding or celebration, a corporate event, or an interactive bouquet bar, there’s always a person and a story behind the flowers. I’m incredibly grateful that what began with a weekly arrangement at a little beachside hotel has grown into a floral shop of my own, serving Syracuse and the surrounding Central New York community.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (315) 679-2980, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (315) 679-2980 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
