Iron Violets Design Studio

My order was not delivered. I called, but had to leave a VM. The arrangement was then delivered the following day, but looked over a week old and wilted. I was so embarrassed and shocked by the quality. I have ordered here previously and have loved the arrangements. I know things can happen, but this was so unacceptable.

Always delivered on time and featuring the most beautiful, fresh flowers and arrangements. Highly recommended!

Good morning, If I were you, I would ask for my money back on the Mother’s Day floral arrangement. These flowers have been watered every day since the moment I receive them on Sat.  Normally roses and tulips and hydrangea would last for four or five days at least. A week is not totally unusual.   The roses are dead and the tulips are dropping petals. The hydrangea is turning brown.

Lovely bouquet as always and excellent customer service when I had to change the delivery date. Many thanks again!

I searched near and far for the perfect floral statement. The Loud and Proud vase arrangement was stunningly beautiful. I would order it again for any or no occasion.
Ordering online was easy… although creating the card insert was a bit clunky, I continued to manipulate it until it looked right. Iron Violets Design Studio will, henceforth be my preferred florist.

The flowers were never delivered to her - no call, email, or anything regarding updates to me or the recipient of the flowers. I tried calling and emailing the store multiple times with no response to my voicemail messages and emails. Definitely recommend going elsewhere and reviewing on google!

I purchased a bouquet for a dear friend of mine on the anniversary of her mama’s passing.
The flowers were delivered on time the following day. I upgraded the Bright Morning bouquet to “deluxe.” I also left a voicemail asking them to add in some blue flowers, as blue is my friend’s favorite color. I have been using Iron Violets for years now. I am constantly impressed with the quality and uniqueness of their bouquets. I don’t think I will ever use another florist in the St. Paul metro.

I wanted to have a succulent arrangement delivered to my daughter in Minneapolis for her birthday - Iron Violets had a wonderful choice and I chose the upgrade to add one additional color to the arrangement so the colors would be Gopher colors (she’s a student at U of M). She was so overjoyed to receive them and says they are absolutely beautiful! I also like receiving a photo of the actual arrangement to see how it turned out so thanks for that! Would recommend.

Arrived on schedule but was nothing like the bouquet pictured. Final product quite spindly and sparse.
That said, good wishes were shared though so I am grateful.
Next time I will likely go with the local florist who usually exceeds my expectations.

Since receiving an Iron Violets bouquet a few years ago, I have enjoyed their original, beautifully designed flower arrangements. I recently sent this arrangement and the process was great and recipient loved it. I liked getting an email with an alert that a certain flower wasn't available but that a different one would be substituted and then I got a photo of the actual arrangement being sent. I understand that substitutions happen no matter who you order from but I've never been alerted like this before. This is great service. I will keep using Iron Violets to send flower arrangements.

The flowers were gorgeous! Perfect centerpieces for the Xmas table. The wood on the boxes did become saturated when we watered them, despite the plastic liner. Looks nothing like the picture of original design the rose and hydrangea isn’t even in the original picture -color /texture does not go with the design at all the original fall design had brown some yellow and a purple green cabbage some flower vine hanging down the front -we ordered once before and everyone was very happy with that design because it looked like what we ordered this one looked like you ran out of flowers and just threw some in I never complain but this was very upsetting couldn’t be with our loved one because of covid so we sent flowers very disappointed

Unfortunately massive shortages have forced us to make adjustments that we wish we didn’t have to make.
Yellow cymbidiums were used because the darker color were frozen on arrival.
The peppers, pumpkins, and craspedia we’re all the same as the original. We even added roses and lilies to assist with the color transition.
Every design on our site state that changes and substitutions will be made as needed.
We are very sorry that you are disappointed and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We hope that you will reach out to us again in the future and give us an opportunity to create for you again. In the mean time to remedy this we are issuing a full refund.

Not thrilled with what was delivered. What I ordered and what was delivered seemed to be two completely different arrangements. However after reading the fine print I found that the irises are sent NOT open, but will bloom in several days which makes for a totally different looking arrangement. I know it is tough to order on line, but this florist did contact me with my previous negative review and offered to do whatever they could to make it right. For that I will give them kudos for their efforts.

Some sites are difficult to work with. Iron Violets remembered me, and making a selection, and completing an order was simple. My friend sent me a photo with the flowers in her living room. This was just the right effect I was hoping for. Huge open pink roses in an interesting, not the same old vase, delivered on time in perfect condition. Fair price and a vase that will look great with sunflowers come late summer.

Their website makes it is very easy to choose just the sort of arrangement and and budget I need and I’ve seen the flowers both in the snapshots they send with delivery confirmation but also in person when I arrive at the event. Iron Violets take such care that it makes us look good!

Their customer service is second to none. I chose them because of their artistic designs and superior quality and selection of their flowers. This was my second order from them. I was sent a picture of the arrangement before they delivered it. In my opinion, there is no one that comes close to this florist. They are very simply, the best.

The bouquet was a gift for my birthday and was so unique and beautiful. However, 2 days after receiving it all of the hydrangeas wilted which is sad because they’re one of my favorite flowers.

Perfection! Both the product and the service are excellent!

First of all, the bouquet was not only gorgeous, but BIGGER than expected. And second, I made a phone call to Iron Violets on the day of delivery and asked when they'd be delivering this bouquet. I had found out that morning that my grandma would not be home in the afternoon and I asked if there was any way they could be sure to deliver within the next hour. They told me it was on the truck but could potentially take a couple of hours with the current route. But I was SO impressed when they made it happen! I’ve purchased flowers from Iron Violets numerous times and they always deliver! The flowers always look awesome and the recipients love them. I like getting a picture of how they look as well. One time I asked for certain flowers and colors and they accommodated that request. They also did flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful.

This is my second time using Iron Violets Design Studio and they have not disappointed either time. The bouquet was GORGEOUS! Our client LOVED it and so did we. As I don't live in the Twin Cities metro area, and I wanted to find a St. Paul florist, I took a look online. I was drawn by the name "Iron Violets" and after reading reviews I chose them. Their online ordering was easy and I received my order confirmation quickly. When my arrangement was ready for delivery they sent a photo of it to me. This is a lovely idea and something I've never seen done by other florists. The flowers were delivered on time and in the morning as requested. Their Customer Service is excellent, their attention to detail is superb, and their flower arrangements are classy and beautiful. Our daughter was delighted! I would highly recommend Iron Violets to my family and friends or anyone wanting flowers done with a "special touch".

Just not sure about the water, don’t know if something was added to keep them longer? It just says to add water daily. I changed the water once as it was getting cloudy. Ordered flowers for a family member in the hospital for her first baby. I was promptly called and informed that some of the flowers in the bouquet were not available that late in the day so given options of either a “designers choice” or wait until the following day when they would have a fresh supply. I chose to wait (as I’m picking about my flowers) and was super pleased with the final product. They sent me a picture via email of my specific bouquet (which was GORGEOUS!) and my family members all said the flowers were some of the most beautiful they had ever seen! Would absolutely recommend this florist given their professionalism, attention to detail and an excellent final product!!

I was looking for a local florist whose website isn't a cookie cutter ftd or teleflora one size fits all. I wanted something very special for my daughters 30th birthday and was taken by the arrangements on iron violets site. The reviews were impressive and the name intriguing and creative. I ordered with ease and the delivery on a Sunday and was beautiful. Due to a typo on my part I had to call for a correction and was met with a very pleasant contact. She told me I would relieve an email with the picture of the arrangement before sending it and I thought this was terrific. I have asked other florists to do this and they never have. What a perfect experience all around.
