About Us
Houseplants New York llc is a neighborhood florist rooted in Far Rockaway, where we create thoughtful arrangements for life's small and significant moments. We focus on careful handcraft - selecting fresh stems, arranging with intention, and packaging each bouquet to travel safely to its recipient. Whether you're celebrating, comforting someone in grief, sending thanks, or brightening an ordinary day, we craft designs that feel personal and true to the occasion.
Ordering from us means working with a local florist who knows the community and cares about the experience from first click to delivery. We take pride in attentive service, clear communication, and bouquets that reflect care as much as craft.
We're Houseplants New York LLC, a small flower shop rooted in Far Rockaway. I fell in love with houseplants and seasonal blooms while caring for my own apartment garden, and that hands-on curiosity grew into this neighborhood shop. I enjoy designing easy-care arrangements that bring color and calm to busy lives, and I love helping customers pick plants that fit their homes and routines.
When you visit, you'll find straightforward plant care advice, thoughtful pairings, and a friendly welcome. My goal is to make plant ownership approachable and joyful for everyone in our community.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
