The flower bouquet was so beautiful! I loved that the florist picked different shades of yellow for the flowers to make a cohesive bouquet. They put the flowers together pretty quickly (within a couple of hours of ordering online), and the delivery was also quick! The recipient really enjoyed the sight and smell of the bouquet and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to order flowers from Heavenly Inspirations Flowers and Gifts! Hello, I requested delivery of an arrangement to a local funeral by 4:00 pm two days in advance (a funeral I could not attend). I did not receive confirmation of delivery until 7:40pm that day, so I’m concerned it did not arrive on time and I don’t know how the arrangements looked.

A prompt notification (preferably a text) upon delivery would have been appreciated. Including a photo in that notification would have been even better.

Matthew, I want you to know that this was delivered at 1: 30PM yesterday and did make the service with plenty of time to spare. It was only after I closed that I realized that I had not confirmed the delivery on the website. I assure you it was delivered at 1:30PM as I myself delivered it to Kapinos Mazur Funeral home. My apologies for the late confirmation response as I forgot to confirm as soon as I returned to my shop and was only after I got home that I realized that I had not confirmed the days deliveries. My sincerest apologies for whatever confusion and grief this may have caused you thinking that it had been delivered late. I guarantee you that it was delivered way before service began. Hi there! I ordered a lovely lantern for a friend who lost his mom. The on line ordering was simple to do. I was given a choice of delivery or pick up, I chose pick up as I wanted to inspect the item. When I went to the store I was delighted to see all the wonderful and different items available and was greeted by a very kind gentleman who quickly brought out my gift for inspection. It did not disappoint. It was true to size and prettier in person. The card was beautiful and appropriate as well as the clear wrap. Needless to say I will return and recommend.

The bouquet was a beautiful arrangement. . .and I selected it because it was listed under "purple," and showed lavender roses as part of it. I also explicitly asked "Please No Pink" as substitutes. My brothers and I order from almost across the country for our step-mother, and I'm disappointed she didn't receive what we paid/hoped for. If I had known purple wasn't available, I would have liked the opportunity to order elsewhere, or ask a friend to put together something for us and deliver it.

I'm sorry about the flowers not meeting your expectations but we did make sure there were no pinks in the arrangement. The camera on my tablet is not the best and doesn't catch colors well . The flowers that appear pink in the photo were actually Lavender but I understand . I would be happy to go out and personally add some deep purple Lisianthus to the arrangement and some deep purple mini carns to purple it up for you. Or whatever you would you would have us to do to make this right for you.

The arrangement didn't look anything like the picture, other than the purple flowers and the palm leaves. It had orange flowers that looked like a peacock that gave it a Hawaiian look. The yellow roses were so bright, that they looked like they were plastic. They were pretty, but not at all what I expected, especially for a funeral. They did stand out because they were not the typical flowers you see at a funeral.

I am so thankful that I discovered "Heavenly Inspirations" site because it was just what I needed, a "God send" as they say. Needing an arrangement for the funeral of a most extraordinary woman, I knew the "Paradise Found" would be perfect. No ordinary spray or basket would do. Acknowledging that flower substitutes were likely and birds of paradise doubtlessly risky, I was so gratified when Ted personally telephoned to relay his successful mission in procuring the essential flowers. It took him four tries and some detective work to create the "Paradise Found" arrangement which surpassed the photo. Everyone was uplifted by the simplicity of style. Breath-taking. It was zen enough to make everyone nod in agreement...This was our beloved cousin, herself a "Rara Avis". We thank Ted for his personal perseverance and his most successful execution of "Paradise Found". Never too many things to be happy about at a funeral, yet Ted made it happen. We are out of towners who know you have a treasure. Much obliged.
