I requested a custom bouquet for an emotionally charged anniversary. I specified several things (e.g. colours, stem age), but left others entirely at their discretion. And the designer and shop *nailed* it. They took my parameters, and turned them into a beautiful, perfectly arranged complement to the anniversary. They delivered with care, and with great communication throughout, including a phone-call to clarify our desires and another to coordinate delivery. I was able to see the arrangement the day after it was delivered and was dismayed to see all of the Hydrangea's were entirely wilted. The water level was way below the stem and overnight they wilted. The delivery person should have notified the recipient to add water when it was delivered. She did add water in the morning after seeing the state they were in, but the Hydrangea's never recovered. The rest of the bouquet was fabulous. I love you guys, but this was disappointing.

Flowers were great but delivery was very bad. I submitted order way in advance (almost a week) and left only one note, to deliver before 10.30 AM cause receiver will go to work at that time. No one contacted me to say that this wasnt possible. We waited whole morning and I had to ask my boss to work from home to wait for delivery. In the end I received flowers around 1 PM. Wanted to use a local florist as I had intended for them to be delivered the day I ordered them - or even a day later and intended to support business local to the recipient. That was September 5th - the anniversary date of the person I was sending them to. Having them arrive on the 13th was disappointing to say the least. Heather's is the best! They hit it out of the park yesterday. I'm in New York and my daughter is in Venice Beach. I ordered in the morning and got the Flowers same day. They were so fresh and beautiful. The shells on the bottom of the vase finished it of perfectly. My daughter loved her Birthday Flowers!!

Definitely a 5-Star experience! I placed the order around 3:30pm and the floral arrangement was delivered by 6:00! My recipient received a completely different arrangement than what was shown here. It was white and green, but that's about it. Different vase and shape of the entire arrangement.
The only wonderful thing was the delivery person, who went above and beyond to get the flowers to the right location. He did not give up.
