I’d like to thank Haehn’s Florist for going above & beyond. I ordered flowers for a funeral. Because of the corona virus only 10 people are permitted to attend the funeral. To be honest, I was disappointed. I paid for a premium bouquet and what was delivered seemed smaller than the what was pictured in the lowest price category. I do not think that this bouquet warranted the price that was charged.

Oh Donna, we are so very sorry you weren't pleased with your "Ginger's Special" off of our website. Sometimes the scale of photos are difficult to gauge. Cube designs are generally shorter. The increase of the roses and fuji mums were the premium pricing and not the sizing. You know we love to make you happy! Thank you for being a loyal customer!

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
