The flowers were perfect! I sent to my friends parents who hosted us for the weekend. The spring bouquet had a nice variety of florals and greenery. I loved the 'preview' photo that I received before they were delivered - a nice touch!

A dear family friend was in the hospital and I wanted to send an arrangement. Not living in the New Orleans area, I was unsure as to which florist to contact. We’ve used Grow With Us Florist for the last several years and when we first started we were so glad we found them. Lately, I haven’t used them in a while because the last delivery was a little less than fresh and the prices increased. Well it had been several months to a year and I thought I’d try again and the same thing happened. The arrangements are artfully done and delivery is fast but the lack of freshness is really disappointing. I’ve emailed the company with some additional pictures and have yet to hear back.

Honestly, I don't know how they do it. I've relied on bloom nation for several family occasions in the past but the two most recent were last minute decisions, the day of the event. After easily sorting through several attractive options I quickly found something in my budget. Literally within an hour or two I received texts showing the bouquet before delivery (from the florist) and after (from the very joyfully pleased recipient). Fast friendly service and quality I just haven't received from other sites. Thanks for being there for me! My go-to florist every time.

The arrangement fell short of my expectations. However, I think it’s my fault as I choose the $100 custom arrangement (that’s just the arrangement, it was $120 all in) where the florist gets carte blanche. That was my mistake. I was looking for something grand and got a normal arrangement. I reached out to the florist when they sent me a picture to ask if that was it but never received a response. They did a great job on the delivery and I really wanted to support a local business. I would use them again but next time I’d pick the arrangement myself vs giving them the autonomy with a $100 budget.

I received the flowers and was very disappointed with them. Several of the flowers (purple) were wilted, one of the flowers had black on the petals, and it certainly was not the quality I was expecting. I have no words for the container that the candy came, you can see it in the picture. I went with the premier arrangement to make sure that my wife got something special. She didn't. I called to check and make sure that the premier flower package had been sent and someone confirmed that I received the correct package. There was no offer to try to help fix the situation.

I ended up getting flowers from another florist for my wife.

She really enjoyed them. Seemed to brighter her day and the arrangement was beautiful. Thank you

I ordered the flowers at 9am. They were delivered by 2pm the same day! The arrangement was very colorful and well put together. My wife was very pleased with them and I felt my money was well spent. I would have given 5 stars on that alone.

I'm leaving 3 because the flowers were left at the wrong address on my neighbor's porch. If I wouldn't have figured that out in time, the rain would have destroyed them. I will order from here again in the future, just talk to your drivers about paying a little more attention.

This is my first experience with Grow With Us. I don't write reviews, but when I got the email prompt to write one I felt I should! My dear family member passed away and I couldn't be there. I got a call this morning raving about how beautiful the arrangement was. I ordered a plant instead of cut flowers, and the family said its the most gorgeous item in their home. The flowers that I ordered from the website was pretty but the order that was received was beautiful and beyond my expectations!! I couldn’t of been happier with the flowers. I am a recurrent customer and will continue to be a recurrent customer!!

Can't put into words how great of an experience it is to simply order flowers for someone. Grow With Us is by far the best florist in the city! Every order is perfect with beautiful flowers that last weeks!! They send a picture before the order is sent showing what is to be delivered, who else does that? The arrangement was delivered in a different vase on 2/14/20 than what was depicted in the arrangement online when I placed the order on 2/12/20. on 2/14/20 at 7:39AM, I responded to the BloomSnap that was sent on 2/13/20 letting you know that the vase was different. I also emailed Robin right after at 7:43AM letting her know the same.

I placed two orders recently with Grow With Us: one was for the funeral service of a dear friend's mother, and the other was for the friend herself. My expectation was that my friend would acknowledge delivery at some point and that would be it. Imagine my surprise when I received an email with a picture of the actual arrangements themselves with a full explanation of any substitutions that needed to be made - and THEN I received an additional email once delivery was made! I could not have been more pleased with the personal service and the beautiful arrangements -- yet another reason I've used Grow With Us since the 1980s, when I was in high school and needed boutonnieres for my dates for dances, through the present, when I no longer live in Metairie!

I love this florist. I am from Michigan and was sending flowers to a family member in NOLA. There was a small detail that needed clarification. A sweet lady called me and got it resolved immediately. They delivered the most beautiful arrangement you can imagine. Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this florist. First Class!!

I ordered online from out of town and my arrangement was literally delivered within 45 mins. The recipient LOVED the arrangement and everything was perfect.

Disclosure: Before writing this review I reached out to the florist and it’s been 48 hours with no response.

Review: I wouldn’t purchase from this entity again. The flowers were delivered timely but 1/3 of the flowers the bouquet contained arrived wilted and within 8 or so hours those same flowers had died. The flowers sat in a vase containing clean water inside an air conditioned home during that time.

A beautiful arrangement hand delivered promptly. I especially liked the preview sent after they had put the floral arrangement together. Grow With Us couldn't have done better.

I waited til February 13th to order flowers for my daughter to be delivered on Valentines Day. I tried florists that were located close to her office in the CBD and some didn't have pictures to chose from, others had only a limited selection of arrangements to choose from and then there were those that would not allow any more Valentines Day orders. This place could care less about you. I ordered flowers for Mother and delivery was delayed. Reason stated was because they didn't understand the message I wrote online. Person I spoke with was rude and said - well we had 30 orders today and they are still going to get there today. Will never use this place again.

Ordering flowers from out of state can be difficult - not with this florist. They contacted me to clarify a message error I made on-line, emailed a picture of the arrangement to me and then emailed me to confirm delivery to the hospital. I highly recommend them.
