About Us
At Golden Rose Florist, we believe flowers are a simple, powerful way to mark life's moments-big and small. Nestled in Rosemead, our shop combines thoughtful design with careful handling so every bouquet arrives fresh, considered, and suited to your occasion. Whether you're celebrating a wedding, offering sympathy, sending thanks, or brightening an ordinary day, we work with seasonal blooms and attentive craftsmanship to create arrangements that feel personal rather than generic.
Ordering from us means working with a local florist who knows our neighborhood and cares about the little details: timely delivery, clear communication, and floral choices that reflect the sentiment you want to send. We welcome you to trust us with your special moments.
As the owners of Golden Rose Florist, we are passionate about creating beautiful, meaningful floral arrangements. Since taking over the shop in 2014, we have brought a fresh vision to a flower shop that has proudly served the community since 1988. We personally care about the quality of our flowers, the creativity of our designs, and every detail that makes each arrangement special. For us, floral design is more than a business — it's a passion, and we take pride in making every order a beautiful experience.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

|Not just that issue but when I saw a photo of the dozen red roses, I was disappointed. They looked poorly arranged and sloppy. No baby's breath as pictured on the site. The roses were in great condition so I'm just disappointed in the effort that was put in. This was clearly poor customer service. I was hoping for better as I have received really nice looking bouquets from this florist.

|After this experience I placed an on-line order with no trouble. Later I received a call from a young man who verified my order and delivery location so I felt confident the flowers would be delivered. The best part of this experience was talking with the young man.
My wife loved the flowers.

|Recently, they changed their online ordering system which was subsequently broken. I had to contact support who ordered it for me.
Apart from that, it was delivered on time and the arrangement was fantastic and appreciated by both parties.
Thank you.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
