You’re awesome with your customer service..:even when the delivery person called before she walked up to my girlfriend’s apartment door, before she knocked (she called me thinking she got the instructions wrong-she didn’t-she was excellent), my girlfriend was home and loved the Baker’s Dozen Roses. For $80 this is not what I expected. The vase shown was taller than what was delivered. The flowers wilted looking. First time using this place and last time. The only positive was they delivered it fast but I would have been better off buying flowers at the hospital gift shop.

I did not see the Peace Lily in person as I was unable to attend the memorial. I heard it was so beautiful and I hope it will bring comfort to my Aunt.
It was extremely easy to place the order online. When I called to double check on delivery time I left a message and was called back within a few hours. I was greeted by a very caring and kind lady and she assured me they would have it there in time. They did.

This is an actual local flower shop! So much deception in advertising from sites claiming to be local and they are absolutely not. This was a smooth transaction, delivered on time. We always try our best to have the products we offer on our website in store. Unfortunately when you placed the order Saturday evening, I was unable to get the plants that we would have needed due to my plant supplier being closed on Sunday and with the funeral being at 11am on Monday morning we had to improvise on short notice. We offered a very beautiful 8" pot peace lily with added flowers. I do apologize you weren't as satisfied as we would have hope with the replacement plant. We do try our best to accommodate everything our customers request and we always make sure to notify you of changes to you order, and I do remember emailing you to get an okay for the replacement. The flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful. The Stairway to Heaven was a very unique piece and everyone loved it. I had several people ask me where I got the flowers. This is the 2nd time ordering from Glendale Flowers for my wife's birthday. The first experience was very good. This time, the complete opposite. The flowers looked like the picture for about 2 days. The roses were closed and dead within 4 days. There were 3 or 4 flowers that hadn't opened yet when I got the arrangement. However, they never did open. Just withered. Water was changed regularly, as we always do. But, it didn't matter. Today, 1 week later, only a couple little white flowers are still living. Very disappointing, especially for the price paid. I expect we'll over a week, and normally can receive 2 weeks, of beautiful flowers, when they are good quality. May be looking elsewhere next year.

Having spent over $200 for this bouquet, I am disappointed at how it looks vs. How it was supposed to look. We ordered the bouquet for a Monday delivery, were told that they were out of white flowers and we had to wait until Wednesday for delivery. On Wednesday afternoon I followed up on the status and they said it was out for delivery and that I would get a picture by end of day. Picture didn't come until I followed up again the next day. I paid extra to get a more deluxe, fuller bouquet and I'm not happy with this picture. There are barely any roses in there and it just looks empty.

well go to their website under funerals featured is the lily with a cross when i looked on the website i saw the plant and a small crystal cross since ours was a bereavement sentiment i thought that to be appropriate. So when they delivered it the delivery man called i asked about the cross he said there was no cross what? When i talked to the store they said oh no that was just for the picture, i said your description says nothing about cross not being included or an extra fee. I said that was bad advertising either put a disclaimer or place a note on the description "not included" it's very misleading will not use this florist again nor will my company.

Very pretty, but it looks shy about 45% on flower's from the sample ordered from. I see that there are buds in there and if short on white flower's it could have at least had the equivalent to greenery from the example pic.

The white roses were not in stock and I had to settle for red, which after seeing the picture sent, did not do it for me. Also, the "branches" in the arrangement photographed to the left were a beautiful counterbalance to the flowers on the right and the overall design. The execution of the arrangement sent for me was just too different from the original design in the way the roses were positioned (like an S) and the complimenting purple flowers and branches. I am disappointed in the appearance, unfortunately. It did not live up to the online photograph. I would not order this arrangement again.

The experience I had was not a satisfying experience, the flowers looked nothing like the ones pictured that I ordered and I purchased them two days prior giving ample time, and I had requested that they be delivered in the morning. hours and they weren't delivered until noon time. I have to say I was disappointed with the flower arrangement. Though it says they may substitute they will still try to keep the same effect. It was nothing like I was expecting. I thought it would be bright vibrant colored flowers and they were pale and dull looking and all just blended together.

Flowers, price, overall packaging was very well done. I was not happy with the flowers being left at the neighbors house, since not all people are nice. What's more is I got an email confirming that they were 'delivered' when they were dropped off at a strangers house. So not only was I not notified the flowers were left with someone else, but then I felt I was lied to by the confirmation email. Thankfully her neighbor was nice, however it was not nice to find out my $50 purchase could have never gotten to the intended recipient.

I live in Ontario Canada. I visited your webpage and chose the planter I liked for delivery. After I submitted the payment I received an email notification about my purchase. A few hours later I received a second email stating my planter had been successfully received. My cousin sent me a picture of the planter and it was nearly identical to the one I had chosen on their webpage. (They state on their site that the final delivery may not be identical to the picture....dependant on the season and flowers/plants in stock). I was extremely satisfied with their service and will use them again in the future if I require other deliveries in Glendale!

This made me very unhappy when I asked Jason if he received the flowers and he said "OH are you the one that sent them? As of last night they still hadn't recieceved the flowers and Could not be found at the medical center by the nurses working. I did get an email that they were delivered though. Hoping they show up today.before she leaves.

This was a floral arrangement for a friend that suffered a death in the family. Instead of any peach or pink flowers, it was all white and they died within 2 days. I was pretty embarrassed.
