Gift Box & Flowers was created from my love for beautiful details, thoughtful design, and the feeling that flowers can completely transform a moment.
As the owner and lead floral designer, I personally design each arrangement with a modern, elegant approach and close attention to every detail. From the selection of the flowers to the final presentation, every piece is created to feel special, polished, and memorable.
My style is refined, fresh, and modern — with a focus on beautiful color combinations, premium blooms, and designs that feel elevated without losing warmth and emotion.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
At Gift Box & Flowers, we carefully prepare every order and do our best to ensure your flowers and gifts arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time.
Delivery Area We offer local delivery throughout Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas in South Carolina. Delivery availability and fees are based on the delivery address and distance from our studio.
Delivery Fee Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be displayed or confirmed at checkout.
Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 12:00 PM, subject to flower availability and delivery capacity. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be delivered the following available delivery day.
Delivery Times Deliveries are generally made during our regular business hours. While we always do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless specifically arranged in advance.
Recipient Availability Please provide the recipient’s correct name, full delivery address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), and a valid phone number.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location, with a front desk or concierge, or contact the recipient to coordinate delivery when appropriate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address or if the recipient cannot be reached.
Weather & Delivery Conditions For the safety of our flowers and drivers, delivery times may be adjusted during severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances outside our control.
Saturdays Gift Box & Flowers is closed on Saturdays, and Saturday delivery is not available.
Questions About Your Delivery? Please contact Gift Box & Flowers as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your delivery information. We will always do our best to accommodate changes before the order has been prepared or dispatched.
Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral arrangements, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the arrangement, please contact Gift Box & Flowers within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the arrangement. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Please note that flowers are natural products. Variations in color, size, shape, and availability are normal and are not considered defects. Substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal or market availability, while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.
Orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery cannot be canceled or refunded.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (854) 854-0480, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (854) 854-0480 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
