Once again, Gadies outshines them all! This is my second order from Gadies, and I now consider them "my" florist! I bought the medium version of this cheerful yellow and white arrangement, and it's so huge and beautiful, my mother was thrilled! Plus, the customer service is outstanding. I asked if they could add a bow, and they did, plus they put the flowers in a lovely blue glass vase. It makes a stunning display. My mom was thrilled the delivery person did NOT set the flowers in front of her screen door (screen doors swing outwards), as another florist did, trapping her inside unless she wanted to knock over her flowers. Gadies' delivery person not only properly set them to the side, but called to ensure my mother knew the flowers were there, as she didn't hear the doorbell from her laundry room. That way the flowers did not wilt in the sun or get stolen. Bonus points for that extra step! And once again, my mother loves the chocolate I added. I made the "mistake" of adding the chocolate last time as a joke, so my mother could enjoy tea and chocolate while watching her British murder mysteries (nothing like a nice cuppa while watching people get murdered, right?), and Gadies sent a box of Ferrero Rocher, which thrilled my mom. She said it's the right size box (not too much, not too little), so she can enjoy some good chocolates for a week or so. (Funny how when she sends me the initial picture of her flowers and chocolates, there's always a piece missing from the box. :)) So the joke is on me, because now I have to include them every time. Which I'm happy to do, as my mother is worth it! Thank you, Gadies! You are true artists, and truly wonderful! :)

I am always skeptical of the "Telaflora" name in a bouquet, thinking it's a cheaper version. But I have been proven wrong - the Telaflora component is the design, the actual florist creating the actual bouquet, is an artist following the initial concept but making it their own. I ordered the Deluxe version of Teleflora's Peaceful Clouds Bouquet directly from Gadies Flowers website, but it wasn't Deluxe. The Deluxe arrangement pic (on Gladies Flowers website) shows 5 main white roses and my arrangement had 3. FYI, adding more filler doesn't make it Deluxe. Wish I could upload the sad pic of what Gadies Flowers delivered so everyone can see the discrepancy. Ordering was smoothe, and I appreciated getting the delivery status, but product is unsatisfactory.

Giving a 2 star only because what was delivered didn't include the sunflowers or similar. Vase did not include the bow.
However, what was actually sent looked very nice. Objectively, the delivered product looked much better than the online selection. But the what was selected was based on what the recipient likes.

Unfortunately, I was not happy with the arrangement that was sent. The recipient sent a photo and I was disappointed with the arrangement. I didn’t think that it represented the original picture well at all. The sent flowers were leggy and poorly arranged. Given I purchased a larger version of this arrangement I really expected it to look a lot nicer. I would not recommend this place. There is one small thing and not a big deal. In the pic it shows regular pine cones added. The ones she got had gold painted on them. It’s a nice touch but a frosted white or regular pine cones would been amazing.

I don't live in Vancouver but ordered these flowers online Friday night. The online process was fast and easy, included a comment box, and provided a final view before submitting the order. I used the comment box to ask if they could include sunflowers in the deluxe version I bought. I woke the next morning to a text that included a photo of the finished product, with sunflowers. Beautiful flowers. Honestly, I had no idea what to expect. We live in Utah and we sent flowers to our friends in Vancouver, WA. The delivery guy, Fernando, was awesome. He called me because he wanted to make sure the flowers stay under a covered area due to inclement weather. The recipients have a gate which he needed access to. He was so patient and waited on me to text him with the contact information. Thank you for a great service and please give Fernando a raise or something.

The absolute worst flowers I have ordered in 35 years! One flower! One flower lasted 36 hours. The rest died within 24 hours. All other arrangements that arrived for the birthday lady, at the same house within the same timeframe, from different florists all have lasted at least 5 days and counting!

I haven't seen the flowers. Neither has the recipient; she is on vacation in Utah and wasn't home when they were delivered. I'm surprised that fresh cut flowers would be left on the doorstep when nobody answered the door. A text was sent to her phone, but did not identify what was delivered. It was just a fluke that we happened to speak to her by phone and let her know, so she could have a friend pick them up. Why not call the person, since the number was available, and arrange for re-delivery?

Gadies really came through for us when no other florist would. They created a beautiful wrist coursage and boutineer for my daughter's Prom. My only critiques are: 1) They delivered it to my neighbor. 2) The wristlet was way too big for my daughter's wrist. and 3) the floral arrangement was not well attached to its base and was flopping around. We were able to fix all of it, but would have liked it to be more secure and adjustable to her wrist.
