Eight Stem Co. was born from a simple realization: every small town deserves a flower shop. After more than 30 years as a floral designer, Karen Pecora purchased her first brick-and-mortar shop in 2025 in Malvern, Pennsylvania. What began as a single storefront quickly became a larger vision — creating thoughtfully curated floral studio shops rooted in the communities they serve. Frazer Flowers is the first of many small-town studio shops planned throughout Chester County. Each location is designed to feel personal, welcoming, and deeply connected to its neighborhood — bringing beauty, creativity, and everyday joy back to the heart of small-town life. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
