This includes a confirmation email to each sender including a photo of the actual arrangement we create and deliver, a copy of the receipt, and details. Usually when I order flowers on the internet, I ask the receiver to take a photo and send it to me. This is for comparison to be sure that what I ordered is what the receiver received. But these flowers were exactly what I ordered. In fact, the sunflower was bigger and more beautiful than in the picture. Only thing was the photo of the one that I ordered came in a purple vase and the one that my friend received was in a clear vase. But that didn't matter. More importantly, the amount of flowers was the same and they were as in the photo of the ones I ordered. My friend who just had a serious operation was very pleased and said that the arrangement was extraordinary and made her very happy.

A friend’s dog recently passed. I ordered a basket of flowers/foliage with carnations shaping out the figure of a dog centered around the colorful flowers/foliage. The picture in the ad and the one in this request for comment about the Garden of Zen look much better than the picture of the one sent. This picture shows 5 plants of equal size in a lighter colored container. The one sent has 4 plants, one of which is much smaller than the other 3. No next-day delivery is offered. Then, our delivery was canceled for the following day due to a snowstorm. Once the flowers were received, they came in a wooden box vs. the white vase in the picture. We picked up an absolutely stunning white floral funeral arrangement - the Serene Garden. We upgraded to the Deluxe to include white roses and white gladiolas. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. They were ready on time and every effort was offered to keep them warm and safe from the shop to our car on a very cold day. The plant was what was expected and the delivery was later than I had hoped but the funeral was Monday and services was Sunday and you could not make delivery on Sunday so Tuesday was the next best choice when someone would be home.

I've been purchasing from them for several years now when Brian owned the business and now these last two years since Susy and Madeline purchased the business from Brian. I live in Dravosburg Pennsylvania and my sister lives in Aurora Colorado and several years ago I started getting her centerpieces for her tables for the holidays. The first time I tried to do this, I called a 1-800 number for FTD and the operator I spoke with advised me to try to order from a local florist as opposed to through FTD because it would make my money go further and I could get better arrangements. Very disappointed in this assortment, I really wish I hadn’t wasted almost 60$ purchasing these. What a pathetic, droopy disappointment these were, there was nothing visually appealing about them. When I picked these up, the associate told me that they are a little droopy b/c they just got them but they would perk up. They never did, not a single one and they all remained in their sad looking droopy state and only 1 of them opened, the remainder didn’t even open a quarter if at all and now are basically dead. This is the quality I would expect with the cheap grocery store flowers, it’s a grave disappointment that a 60$ arrangement could not last longer than a 15$ Walmart assortment. I work from home so I was able to ensure that they were in a good location and the water level remained constant. These were for my wife’s birthday, so that is why I am so upset about how these looked and with the low quality. I’m only going to be buying grocery store flowers from now on, I won’t be nearly as upset when something that was only 12-15$ dies so quickly. I expected a much better product when spending almost $60

This is the second time I’ve orders flowers from Forever Flowers in Aurora. I was delighted with my first ordered and had high expectations for my second order, unfortunately I’m left disappointed. I chose the “upgraded” version of this bouquet for $10 more for mom’s birthday expecting a fuller, more vibrant display. The pictures emailed to me of the actual, delivered arrangement really looked nothing like what was purchased. Plus, I felt the arrangement looked sparse and that the extra money spent for a fuller bouquet with more blooms was for not. The email stated “substitutions” we’re used with some of the flowers. I was very happy with the care the staff showed in delivering a peace lily to my friend. The weather was very cold on the delivery day, and a staff member called to make sure my friend would be home, so that the plant wouldn't be left outside to freeze. The arrangement and choice of flowers were not quite as nice as the picture. Wanted dark pink roses instead of faded pink. Red Roses were way too big instead of the small ones in the picture. Also, no purple iris. I really wanted the irises because that was the favorite color (purple) and the flower. The flowers were too spread out. Not beautifully displayed as in the picture. Not worth the $130 paid.

It’s so nice to send a floral arrangement and then get a picture of the exact product delivered! It’s hard to find birds of paradise in late December in Colorado and this local florist had them available same day for a custom arrangement and delivery, handled with care in so many aspects. The delivery person practiced social distancing and when my mom didn’t come to the door, she was sent a text about the location of her flowers. Was expecting the arrangement to mirror the picture with all buds and greenery uniform. The delivered product was somewhat haphazard for what I was going for. For the most part, I had a very pleasant experience with forever flowers. However, the bouquet I ordered had no pink roses as it did in the picture, I'm guessing they had a shortage of pink roses or were unable to get them. I was not aware of this or told until they were delivered and I saw the pictures, they were the main reason why I had bought this specific item. I was also disappointed that I was unable to use PayPal and had to specifically use a credit card, not even a debit card. Other than that the bouquet was beautiful and she absolutely loved them. I know I asked to be delivered on Thursday afternoon for a 11:00am service Friday morning (as they recommended), but I was surprised when a picture was sent to me and the hydrangeas were very wilted at 11:03 Friday. I chose Forever Flowers to deliver flowers to a close friend of mine because I've been in their shop plenty of times over the years and enjoy their business. I also wanted to support small businesses in my area and as such thought I would be in great hands with Forever Flowers. I attempted to surprise my friend with flowers but Forever Flowers took it upon themselves to sign my name to the card I already typed out for occasion. ((unsigned John Doe)) was written at the bottom of the card my friend received. Which actually spoiled the surprise I had planned. On top of that, my friend who received the flowers stated the delivery man was rude and short tempered. I feel like the experience could have easily been much better with just a little more consideration on Forever Flowers' part. My friend still loved her gift and the arrangement was decent considering they chose to replace several flowers with the decretive leaves and those itty bitty yellow flowers opposed to the daisy I saw in my arrangement when I ordered my bouquet.

This was a great experience. I ordered this arrangement at 10am in the morning and the arrangement was delivered before 6pm the same day. I received an email detailing that due to social distance, the delivery person left the arrangement on the front porch and rang the bell. I reviewed the website which stated "the bouquet will be delivered approx as pictured". After that, I just hit order now. Only after review did I see under "order now" that the balloon was extra. This was a most positive experience. We live in Idaho and needed to send flowers to our daughter in Centennial, CO. We found the website easy to use. When we called Forever Flowers to clarify a few points on the order, the lady we talked with was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The flower arrangement delivered looked exactly like the one we ordered. Apparently our daughter was not home when the order arrived and a neighbor signed for it. The deliverer called later to confirm with our daughter that she had received the flowers. We feel that to be a wonderful extra step. This time when sending flowers to a friend who lost his father, they did get another exquisite job and for the first time ever, a florist sent me images of the delivered product! That went above and beyond and I recommend this company for any floral need or occasion.

You know how you search local florists online and you get a lot of Internet florists, not LOCAL florists? Well, I was looking for a local florist in the Aurora, CO area and this one was more than perfect. They delivered exactly what I wanted, exactly when I wanted it. I had left additional instructions for the bouquet and they followed my request to the letter. I also received a very personalized email after the delivery, which included a photo of the flowers I chose, with the changes I requested. Not only was ordering via the web easy and smooth, I received a confirmation email with a picture of the plant that was delivered! That's a first, I always wonder what my orders to friends and relatives actually look like, and I don't want to ask them to send a pic. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
