Delivery and product were as expected. I called several days before I placed the order to confirm that an anonymous order would not contain any information listed on the order page. The recipient area asks for a phone number. Im not sure why a number would be needed for the recipient so I listed mine. Well that was included in the delivery and my anonymous order was no longer anonymous.

My goal was to have my wife receive the biggest and most impressive bouquet among her colleagues during the week of Valentines. As you can imagine, trying to do this online by picking "Custom Bouquet", throwing a budget at it and hoping for the best was difficult to get comfortable with. I won't worry next time. My instructions, hopes and free reign produced more than I could expect from drawing them a picture. The old dank, dreary building where they were delivered even came alive, not to mention, smelled better. Thank you Flowers on Broad!

First, the flowers were indeed accurate to photo, which is a huge achievement in my experience of ordering flowers. They were beautiful !!! That’s a wonderful thing!
Delivery was not so great. Fortunately, my husband arrived to the funeral home a few hours early (we live out of state), and he didn’t see our flowers. Initially he tried to figure it out by calling the florist himself; he was told, “it was delivered at 9:54am.” He also checked with staff at the funeral home. Nothing.
I called the florist, stated my name, the lady said, “Mrs Reardon, your husband called. They were delivered this morning.” I relayed to her the flowers were not at the funeral home; could they possibly have been delivered to the other location. She checked and indeed they were delivered to the wrong location. She apologized and said the driver was newly employed. No worries, we caught it, how long will it take the driver to pick up and deliver? She said 15 mins. Perfect. The visitation starts at 2pm and family is arriving. (It was 12:46pm when the call ended.)
At 1:35pm my husband said the flowers still not delivered. I again called the florist, “Hi, this is Mrs Reardon. It’s been almost an hour, and no flowers.” I was met with a very nasty, “Mrs Reardon, the flowers are there right now, I just talked to the driver. And it has NOT been an hour!!! It was a mistake, OKAY!?!” Meanwhile, my husband text me, he just saw the driver with the flowers. Great! Problem averted with the family none the wiser. (Keep in mind, the text and my mental note transpired simultaneously as the lady on the phone was ranting about the mistake and not being an hour.) I ended the call with, “Eleven minutes shy of an hour is indeed close to an hour.” I also advised her she should address her defensive behavior when there’s a mistake on her end. I shouldn’t have had to call and explain how to locate flowers her driver delivered, after my husband called stating they weren’t there. Furthermore, my husband shouldn’t have had to call to begin with.There should be some sort of checkpoint when delivering. Is this the correct address? Is the recipient at this location?
Sadly I failed to inquire on how to pick up my paycheck for logistics and training procedures.
By the way, the missing flowers were $225.55. Not chump change to most of us. However, even if they were $25, their mistakes should be corrected and handled better.
So, I do and would recommend the flowers; they were beautiful. I would not recommend delivery or customer service.

We ordered this especially for the sleigh, and they used a silver sleigh that is nothing like the vintage sleigh pictured or in the name and description. We picked this florist over another local florist to get this vintage sleigh. They also didn’t use the frosted pinecones like pictured or any of the greenery that is whisping out of the arrangement. The flowers were nice, but definitely not what we ordered. Disappointed that we spent $90 on an arrangement that doesn’t look like what we ordered.

I give Flowers on Broad 2 stars only bc they delivered the arrangement to the correct person at the correct address on the correct day. I ordered a fall arrangement with beautiful rust colored roses and chrysanthemums, orange lilies, rust carnations and fall leaves. The arrangement that was delivered, though pretty was not what I ordered. The lilies and roses were bright yellow and the carnations pink. There were no fall leaves and lots of greenery. So essentially, nothing like the arrangement I chose other than the rust mums, which didn’t really match the other colors. I am very disappointed and angry. I specifically ordered local as the big online flower delivery companies rarely deliver what I order ( my experience anyway) and charge exorbitant fees for that privilege. So I really thought by ordering local that the photos presented would be accurate. Flowers on Broad had great reviews so I’m really surprised at the level of care taken with my order. Not sure I will order from here again.

very dissatisfied with this arrangement my mother received for Mother’s Day! I paid over $100 for this arrangement! It looked like it didn’t cost more than $50 in my opinion. The colors of the arrangement we received look nothing like the above! I asked for lilies to be replaced with hydrangeas, and got some ugly flower instead. The flowers were wilted upon delivery. I had an issue with some flowers the last time I ordered, and when I called the person I spoke with was rude, so this experience did nothing to help with me wanting to continue to be a customer at flowers on broad. The arrangement in the photos is beautiful! But we receive is extremely ugly.

The English Garden I selected didn’t quite come close to what the picture represented. I realize that substitutions are always possible, but the arrangement was more reminiscent of something for Christmas (lots of green and a little red) than Spring which is what’s pictured above. I’ve used Flowers on Broad several times before and have not had any issues previously. I will still use them as they do great work, but do not recommend this particular arrangement.

Ordered this based on the color palette and the lambs ear detail. What I received was white flowers only with green branches and no lambs ear or hint of pink. The vibe from what I thought I ordered to what I received was different. I called to talk this through with the store - they asked me to send pics, which I did, and never heard back. I upgraded this from just standard to premium so considering most of the flowers/aesthetic of what I ordered was not available, I would have appreciated a phone call with the changes or the option to choose something else.

used an augusta florist due to time constraints since i’m out of country. flowers were delivered hours after service (said church would not allow delivery after 9am for 11:00am service) so they said they changed the order, but could not say what was delivered. never heard from recipients so doubtful they ever received delivery.

When you placed the order, you contacted us regarding the time of the service. I spoke with you and let you know that due to the rules of the local funeral home we could not deliver the arrangement in time for the service. Your order was received in our shop at 7:02 am and our store does not open until 8:00 am. The arrangement had to be there by 9:00 am for the 11:00 am service. We also contacted St. Mary's and they do not allow flowers in the church for funeral services, as do most Catholic Churches in our area. I reached out to the funeral home and asked for the home address of the family, which they provided. You ordered a Loving Memories Standing Spray for the service. Since we don't deliver standing sprays to residences, we made used made the arrangement in a vase instead, just as we discussed. It was delivered to the family the same afternoon after the service. It is not our policy to take pictures of all of our arrangements so there is not a picture that we can provide. Our delivery driver delivered the arrangement at 5:18 pm our time.
We did everything possible to ensure your arrangement was delivered to the Family as soon as we could due to time differences. I will be happy to further discuss your review and have attempted to contact you several times today but the call will not go through. You can reach me at 706-261-8555.

The two stars I’m giving is for the actual arrangement, as the flowers are incredibly beautiful and I am extremely pleased with them. Exactly as represented on the website. The service, however, was less than desirable. The flowers were delivered to the wrong house. When I called to ask about it, I was told over and over again that it was delivered to the correct house, and when I asked about identifying characteristics, I could hear the person on the phone talking to the driver and telling him “you went to the wrong house, you’re going to have to tell her”. The person on the phone still kept insisting the delivery was correct, didn’t give me any info, but then made the driver call me. The driver still acted like it was delivered correctly, even though I know he already knew it was incorrect because I heard the conversation between him and the person on the phone. He finally admitted that the delivery was incorrect and then said he was so sorry, and maybe I could just walk and go get it. I had to walk down the street to pick up my flowers from someone else’s porch, which, needless to say, was very awkward. Considering that I paid $15 for that delivery, I was given no refund or apologies. No one called me afterwards to apologize, check in, or offer any sort of way to amend the issue. Very disappointing as I am a huge supporter of local business and I believe this company does good work. A simple phone call or offer to refund the delivery amount would have gone a long way in repairing this issue.

I placed two on-line orders to Flowers On Broad in the early morning hours and asked, if at all possible, to try to get one delivered before lunch on the same day. All one can do is asked and their site reads something to the affect of, no exact time deliveries but we try our best to deliver in a timely manner. Now, I did send flowers to two places down town...so I thought I had a chance. Flowers On Broad got the same day delivery request done! The flowers were exactly as pictured on their web site and my husband was so grateful for his Pup Love Bouquet and it made his Monday and week even better! Their website is easy to use and they have a nice variety of flower arrangements to select from. I was pleased with the confirmation emails I received when I placed the order as well as when the flowers were delivered. They also go the extra mile to show who signed for the flowers. Very pleased. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because I haven’t seen the flowers in person to judge the quality of work. But if the flowers look like the picture on the website then this company definitely deserves a 5 star.

I called to ask why, and it was a simple error, they compensated by upgrading and directly delivering them on a second trip. Overall I am pleased. Flowers were to spread happiness and they served their purpose. Online ordering was very easy and they offered next day delivery which was amazing. Same prices as the big name flower places I normally use. The only setback was that the flowers themselves were not as advertised on the picture. They were still pretty, but not as beautiful as the picture online showed because the colors were not the same. Online showed the larger flowers being about half light pink and half yellow. The actual flowers received were a bit tacky with deep pink and red, no yellow at all. Everything in life has pros and cons. This was my first time using this company and while a bit disappointed, I can see using them again if I desired next day delivery.

Contacted florist on May 8 and was told the driver had the wrong address and it was out for delivery. Arrangement delivered day late. I have not had the problem before. I ordered this dark pink bouquet (w/upgrade) because of the picture, my wife loves pink, it arrived Monday around noon and was pale pink looking like it had been made a few days before delivery. What was delivered looked NOTHING like what we ordered. There was supposed to be daisies and a peace lily inside a woven basket. Delivery was on time however they delivered the wrong Bouquet. It was for our Anniversary and should have been the "She's the One Bouquet" instead they delivered a Happy Birthday Bouquet with a bright Happy Birthday vase and balloon. I called and the dispatcher said they must have mis tagged the delivery and they would go back and straighten it out. They did deliver a box of chocolates to help make up for the error. When they brought the correct bouquet back the arrangement was beautiful ( I ordered the premium) but the vase was not as advertised. It should have been a matte rose color and instead it was clear glass.
Funny thing is I ordered flowers from here back on October 24th 2018 and had a similar issue with delivery. They sent a birthday card at that time as well and it was not my wife's birthday....

Nevertheless, she was happy and the florist attempted to accommodate by placing the flowers in a vase versus a basket. I didn’t like the basket look. I was very disappointed with this arrangement. It looked so pretty in the picture and I knew my Mom would love the Sunflowers. I even upgraded to the middle bouquet. I paid around $80 for this arrangement, which included delivery. My mom got it and it wasn't that full and they had replaced the Sunflowers with Gerber daisy's. I was so upset with the look. All the flowers were kind of droopy also, like they were older. I was trying to support a local business, but I was very disappointed with this order.

I am using flowers on broad for my wedding so I figured I'd give them a shot on a delivery as well. I am so glad that I did. I wAnted them to be delivered to a member of my team who was going through some challenging times. Initially I had scheduled to have them go to her home because I thought she would be leaving early. Well the trooper that she is, she decided to stay at the office. FOB called me when they couldn't deliver to her home and offered to bring them to the office instead. I thanked them and they changed route. Well, it got to be close to the end of the day and she requested to leave 30 minutes before the end of her shift. I called FOB and they arranged to have them redelivered to her home! Never once made me feel like a pain and were so accommodating! Great service and great product!!! Thank you!!

I am not sure what happened to the arrangement but when I saw it at the funeral I was not happy, most of the water was spilled and the there was only one stem inside. I ordered the 3rd up grade. There wasn't a bow on it or anything the purple metal like ribbons were all sitting at the bottom of the vase. I am so confused for $115 my 7 year old could have done better. I would like a picture of what it should have looked like so that I may address this with whomever is responsible.
