Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Residential Deliveries
For residential deliveries, we may leave the flowers in a safe and appropriate location if the recipient is not home, when weather and circumstances permit.
If a safe location is not available, we may contact the recipient or customer to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
For certain arrangements, temperatures, weather conditions, or other circumstances may make leaving flowers unattended unsafe or impractical. In these situations, the arrangement may be returned to the shop until delivery arrangements can be made.
Business Deliveries
Business deliveries are generally made during normal business hours. Please provide the recipient's workplace, department, floor, or suite whenever possible.
Flowers may be left with a receptionist, front desk, mailroom, or other designated employee when appropriate. Flowers N More cannot guarantee that a specific employee will personally receive the arrangement.
Hospitals, Nursing Homes & Care Facilities
Deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, funeral homes, and other care facilities may have specific delivery procedures.
Please provide the recipient's full name and room, floor, or unit number, if known.
Flowers N More cannot guarantee delivery directly to the recipient when a facility's policies prevent it. In some cases, flowers may be delivered to a reception desk, floral department, nurses' station, or other designated area.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available depending on order volume, product availability, delivery location, and the time the order is received.
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Flowers N More.
During holidays and exceptionally busy periods, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and major holidays, delivery availability and delivery windows may be limited.
Delivery Time
We do our best to accommodate requested delivery times; however, specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
Unless a specific timed-delivery service has been confirmed, deliveries are made within our normal delivery schedule based on the day's route, order volume, traffic, weather, and other circumstances.
If your order is for a funeral, wedding, event, or other time-sensitive occasion, please let us know when placing the order so we can make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Flowers N More will make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries safely and on time. However, severe weather, road closures, traffic, accidents, mechanical issues, facility restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
The safety of our employees and delivery personnel will always be our priority.
Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may:
Leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate;
Leave a delivery notification;
Contact the recipient or customer; or
Return the arrangement to Flowers N More for further delivery arrangements.
If another delivery attempt is required because the recipient was unavailable or the delivery could not be completed due to circumstances outside Flowers N More's control, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the arrangement must be redirected, returned, or redelivered, additional delivery charges may apply.
If the incorrect address results in the arrangement being delivered to the wrong location and the flowers cannot be recovered, Flowers N More may not be able to provide a replacement without additional charges.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are charged based on the delivery location and applicable service requirements. Delivery fees are separate from the cost of the floral arrangement and are generally non-refundable once delivery has been attempted or completed.
Additional fees may apply for redelivery, address changes, or special delivery circumstances.

If you have questions or concerns regarding a delivery, please contact Flowers N More as soon as possible. We are committed to providing personal service and will do our best to resolve delivery concerns promptly and fairly.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (513) 409-4492, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (513) 409-4492 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
