Flowers in Bloom

Beautiful arrangements but the flowers unfortunately didn't live longer than 3 days. This happened to all 3 of the arrangements I bought that day, not just this one. Usually expect them to last at least a week, but was a bit disappointed this time.

That’s my second order from them. First time was incredible… this time I’d didn’t came as beautiful…. Flowers weren’t as lively as it should be. what I did received looks like a 50usd arrangement vs the 100+ I ordered. It could have been better

My company's florist of 30 + years retired and closed shop so I searched online and trusted the positive reviews. I placed the order online for a coworker's birthday. The ordering process was very easy. In my notes I requested a morning delivery time. They delivered the arrangement before 9:30 am. The arrangement was beautiful and actually looked like the online photo. I will be ordering from Flowers in Bloom again!

The picture of the flower color is yellow rose and we thought it's a perfect color but she relieved all white and that is not what she received. She received all white roses.

My favorite Local shop. Consistently good service, good value and beautiful flowers is why I keep returning.

I ordered these flowers for my fiancé for a special occasion. The delivery date for my order was for February 11th and didn’t receive the order until February 12th. I spoke with someone on the phone and was told we’d get an extra dozen of roses for the misunderstanding and for the delivery being late. Well, we never received that extra dozen of rose, and truth be told, the roses all died 1 day after receiving them.

We never received.
They delivered to the wrong house.

After FTD Flowers failed to make a scheduled delivery, I decided to contact a local florist, which was the best thing I could have done. Using a local florist should have been the logical choice in the first place. I am very pleased with the customer service and assurance provided to me by Carmen. SHe was very pleasant.
