Totally amazing, stunningly beautiful arrangement! My wife says it is the most gorgeous arrangement that I've ever surprised her with - and I have surprised her with many, in locations literally all over the world. Your arrangement truly brightened our lives during our stay in Kauai. We only wish we could bring it back to California with us. Mahalo! ---- Florist's Response: Aloha Anthony for the 5-star review and your kind words. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review and knowing your both were so happy with your flowers. We totally love what we do and design our florals with that same love. It makes our hearts smile when our customers are so pleased with our work. Mahalo and Aloha. Be Blessed! The arrangement was beautiful and they have wonderfully kind service. They help me carry the arrangement out to my truck and gave me a special box and helped me strap the arrangement into the passenger seat with the seatbelt so that it wouldn’t fall while I was driving the arrangement. Much appreciated. We have a very good website and I was able to order easily from it without any problem This is a very good local small business ---- Florist's Response: Mahalo. For taking the time to post your 5 star review! Our Head designer, Stel takes pride in her designs and we try to help our customers find a better way to drive their florals safely home. Aloha once again from the Flowers Forever designers and service team (Remember: save that “Buckle Me” box for future use)
Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
