I'm Martha Ryan, the florist behind Flowers & Fiestas. I've been arranging flowers for over 30 years, and designing for celebrations, sympathy, and everyday joy is what I love most. Working on both sides of the border has taught me to blend bold, festive color with thoughtful, elegant touches. I've been honored with design awards in El Paso and Ciudad Juarez, but what matters most to me is listening to each customer's story and creating arrangements that reflect their feelings. I take care with every stem and delivery, and I enjoy making moments brighter for our Horizon City neighbors.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless the customer has purchased and paid for our timed delivery service. A delivery fee applies to each delivery attempt. If an order cannot be delivered, it may be left at the delivery location when appropriate, or returned to our store at the customer’s request. If an order is returned to the store and a second delivery attempt is requested, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Refund Policy
48-Hour Flower Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and freshness of our flowers and offer a 48-hour quality guarantee beginning at the time of delivery or pick-up.
If you are not satisfied with your floral arrangement, please return the arrangement to our store within 48 hours of the original delivery or pick-up time. Upon inspection, we will exchange the arrangement for another floral product of equal or similar value.
This guarantee applies only to arrangements returned within the 48-hour guarantee period.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
