The flowers delivered didn't look like the ones from the website. The red roses looked dark like they was dying. There was yellow flowers through in the arrangement and my girlfriend doesn't like yellow. The purple flower wasn't even in the arrangement, one of the main reasons I purchased this one. Just wasn't a good experience.

I had high hopes for this bouquet. I ordered the premium version for my mother for Mother’s Day. The shop called to ask if it was ok if the substituted white Lily’s for the pink ones in the picture. I had no issue. What she received was nothing like the picture. She received all dark purple/blue hydrangeas with 4 roses and 2 other long stem flowers and green picks. Overall not happy.

My flowers were delivered with someone else’s note which was quite disappointing. On top of that whoever delivered the flowers could have been a bit more professional being that the person receiving the flowers (my best friend) is somewhat of a celebrity in the city and they waited for her to arrive home to give them to her personally and take pictures with her. Although she didn’t mind, I would think a higher end flower shop (which I thought is what I chose) would do better than that. And then someone text her personal telephone number advising of the mixup of the note and a text of what I sent as a message to her. Well, I guess the 2 stars is for the flowers actually making it to her.

Good but it came with no water so it was dry the next day. Added water and they opened up. Also I ordered 2 dozens of red Rose's. I hope that they receive them

The flowers in the arrangement were already turning brown once it arrived, I have several pictures. Entire arrangement did not last more than two days before completely wilting and dying.

The flowers were delivered to the funeral home 3 hours late which is incredibly embarrassing and sad. When they finally arrived, the spray was sorely disappointing. I paid for the deluxe arrangement but it came with less flowers than pictured. It had almost no red and was filled with flowers that were only buds, not blossomed. Three days later, all the flowers were dead and they never bloomed. Also, never received an apology for the flowers not making it to the viewing until it was almost over. Overall, a terrible experience and I did not get what I paid for.

I am very pleased with the delivery and the bouquet itself, it is gorgeous!
The delivery guy was very professional, after being sent away by security the first time, he agreed to go back a second time to try again and I very greatly appreciate that!
I was being told everything that was going on when I called the store so it was easy to get updates.
The only thing I can count as a con was that the message that I chose to write got cut short, not everything was written down, and it was written down as if a child had written it... But that is the only thing I can complain about.
Everything else was perfect but a perfect price!

The flowers we sent looked nothing like the Enchanted Fairytale in the picture. The picture i rec'd from my sick friend showed 85% roses that were fully opened and blown. I expected the mix of flowers so that when one dies the others will still be living. With 85% fully opened roses they will be dead before 48 hours are up. Very disappointing.
I sent the flowers to the incorrect location so that was my fault, but the florist didn't deliver them until 9pm, that is when the floor nurse called me, I don't understand why they weren't del'd during the afternoon.

Even though the arrangement looked nothing like the photo- it looked 5 million times BETTER !!! It may have something to do with selecting "Deluxe" instead of "standard" when selecting option. This has got to be one of the most gorgeous arrangements I've seen in a long time. The flowers were fresh, the colors used were stunning and the arrangement itself was extremely creative. Sheer talent!! This will be my new florist for all my future orders. Try them - you won't be disappointed !! I purchased very extravagant expensive flowers for my father who only to find out that the SICU in the VA Hospital doesnt allow them to be there because they “attract flies” I wish the florist would have known about this since I wrote “SICU” on the delivery instructions. Now the nurses are enjoying them in the breakroom rather than my father who has a fractured skull. I believe the florisf should give a heads up about this because Ive been hearing that in many hospitals they arent allowing fresh cut flowers in patienfs rooms.
