|to do same day delivery (I ordered online on a Sunday for delivery on a Monday) for a close friend who had lost her mother, I was very disappointed when she sent me a photo of what she received. I understand that often substitutions need to be made, the bouquet didn’t have anywhere near as many flowers as the photo showed and I had paid for. I reached out to the florist, sending photos of what they advertised and of what my friend received and I did not get any response (the flowers were delivered on 6/29). I gave them 10 days before writing this review. I would not use them again. Very disappointed.

I would have been better off paying the neighbor kid to go to market basket and attach a printout of an email note.

The designer's choice arrangement you chose is relatively small for the price point of $50.00 which includes the cost of flowers, container and labor.
