I got an email that says it was delivered, but i never received the flowers.
when you try to email back or contact the owner, it says the email address is not good.
Your message wasn't delivered to owner@flowersarehappy.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
I'm really bummed about this purchase.

All the choices were beautiful… When I found out my daughter wasn’t going to be home, they were able to move up delivery a day. Good communication… They answered the phone, and sent text updates. Their flowers are always impeccable

Beautiful flowers, but they were delivered to the wrong house. I wasn’t notified about the delivery and luckily my neighbor was kind enough to bring them over.

This was a bad experience. Lady forgot my order and then rushed to just put any thing together. The picture did not look anything like what i received and was delivered at the very last minute of the day. I will not be getting any services from this company any longer. I dont recommend to anyone.

Most of the flowers look like they were dying already And they were bend from the bottom part of the rose. It could have been better for the price I paid for them

I ordered the Fall Greetings for delivery 10/4/21 and it did not look anything like the picture on your website. It was supposed to be a Birthday gift but not very satisfied with what was sent. The recipient stated it does not look fresh or well bloomed. It was wilted and look like it was about to die soon. Very disappointing, not worth the value, and will not order from your company again! SMH....

TRASH!!! False advertising , spent 200 dollars on trash roses, I ordered 3 dozen roses and only got 2 dozen roses they are brown and ugly already !!! Don’t spend the money!

My daughter’s birthday was the day before Mother’s Day, and I forgot to order flowers. Flowers Are Happy not only had a elegant and stylish selection, they were able to deliver when I needed to. The flowers arrive exactly as they appeared, and the “my girl” bouquet was perfect for my girl.

Although the white roses were pretty,it didn't look like the picture of what was shown. But thank you for delivering the flowers on time for Mother's day.

I ended up contacting the florist (Flowers are Happy) because of my disappointment in the quality of flowers. By the second day they were already deteriorated and looked like we received them a week prior.

The flowers received look nothing like the picture and I paid $150. Buyers beware. Flowers at HEB are so much prettier and cost around $60. Not pleased at all.

Sorry but I was not happy at all . It got delivered a day before and she was at work totally defeated the whole purpose . plus they looked nothing like what I ordered .

By 5 p.m. on the date of delivery, I hadn't received any kind of confirmation of whether or not the flowers had been delivered. When I called and left a voice mail for the vendor asking to be notified about delivery, no one ever called me back. I did, finally, get a notification from BloomNation about 6 minutes later saying they had been delivered. My stepdaughter sent me a photo and, while the arrangement was lovely, it didn't really match the photo on the website. The orchid didn't protrude like in the photo which is one of the reasons I found this arrangement so pretty and compelling.

FAH is such a reliable company! Great experience and will definitely use them again. They are willing to make accommodations that work for you and deliver a beautiful item on time and will even text you a picture of the arrangement, if you'd like, when it's out for delivery. strongly recommend!

So happy I sent these flowers to my sister!! They were hand-delivered the next day to her work with my personalized note and the flowers were GORGEOUS! My sister was stunned a how nice and fresh the flowers were. Will definitely be sending more soon as I live out of country and need to send flowers every so often :)
