Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (480) 252-5213, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

|I thought I would do something a little nicer for my mom this year and send her a larger flower assortment from a local shop, but it was an absolute disaster.
Placed order 2 days early and received confirmation, etc. The day of delivery I waited until about 1pm to call "Flower Fairy" for a delivery estimate -- and things immediately seemed off.
It became immediatly clear that this was not a "Flower Shop" but instead a random lady, and also that she had no idea that I had placed an order 2 days earlier.
The FIRST words out of her mouth were "I was JUST about to call you - how LATE can we delivery your flowers today?"
"The delivery is a bit far" she said -- I assume thats why I paid $43 delivery on top of the $130 for the flowers
I was polite and explained that "any time" is fine but would prefer before evening since its for her BIRTHDAY
At 3:30 PM the "Flower Fairy" calls me to say my Mother isnt home and a leaves them on the porch and sends a confirmation photo
But it was the wrong house. $42 for delivery, and its late, and she cant even make sure it goes to the correct house - leaving me scrambling to try and have my dad find them before they die in the 120 degree Arizona heat
Never again will I use this service, its just not worth the stress when you need a reliable service to brighten someones day

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
