Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Flower Country proudly offers delivery throughout Russell, Wise, Washington, and Scott Counties. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. may be delivered the following business day. To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, customers should provide the recipient's full name, complete address, phone number, and any special delivery instructions when placing an order.
We understand the importance of sympathy arrangements and make every effort to ensure funeral flowers are delivered before scheduled services. We recommend placing funeral orders as early as possible to guarantee timely delivery. Deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, schools, businesses, and other facilities are subject to the policies and operating hours of those locations. If a delivery cannot be completed due to facility restrictions or recipient unavailability, we will contact the customer whenever possible.
Occasionally, certain flowers, plants, containers, or gift items may be unavailable due to seasonal conditions or supplier availability. In these cases, Flower Country reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the original design. During periods of severe weather, hazardous road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be delayed. The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority, and we will make every effort to complete deliveries as soon as conditions allow.
Refund Policy
We offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (276) 762-5976, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
