Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We proudly offer local flower delivery throughout Orlando and surrounding areas, including Millenia, Doctor Phillips, Windermere, Winter Garden, Lake Buena Vista, Celebration, Kissimmee, and nearby communities.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed early in the day, depending on availability and delivery location. Delivery times may vary based on distance, traffic, holidays, and order volume. We always do our best to deliver your flowers fresh, beautiful, and on time.
Please provide the recipient's complete address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), phone number, and any special delivery instructions. If the recipient is unavailable, we may contact the recipient or customer to coordinate a safe delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the delivery location.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
