The flowers were lovely but the delivery scared the hell out of a recently widowed cousin. The delivery was made at almost 9 pm even though we ordered the flowers a couple days ahead. What was meant to be an uplifting cheery message turned into a terrified experience. I got the email that the flowers were delivered around 2 so had no idea there was a problem.

The neighbor accidentally picked it up and didn't bring it back to her, probably because people are odd.

Just as a matter of interest, on the order form there is no place to enter our Province (Ontario) and it is expected for us to click on a US State, thus we had to leave it blank. Perhaps that could be fixed.

We were very impressed with our overall experience, however, living in Canada, on line ordering was a bit of a challenge as it wouldn't allow me to enter my Province as only US States were listed. I finally just didn't put anything in. It also took a few tries before I was allowed to enter my postal code which begins with a letter rather than a number as the US Zip Code does. These were challenging as I had to start over three times. Please look into fixing your online ordering for Canadian residents.
The rest of the experience was excellent. I liked how we were sent a photo of the flowers with the accompanying card before delivery as well as receiving an invoice on line. Delivery was right on!. Flowers were beautiful and as expected. 4 stars only because of the difficulty I had with on line ordering. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

I highly recommend Floranza Designs! The bouquet came exactly as pictured on the website (and exactly as I had imagined!). The team at Floranza was extremely professional, kind, helpful and patient! The best part of Floranza Designs is that it’s not cookie cutter FTD with vases you can’t wait to get rid of, using sad flowers you just want to hug and say you’re sorry about what happened to them.
Instead, Floranza creates. They provide truly beautiful hand-crafted arrangements that are amazing to look at. Their flowers are proud to be seen. They have price points for an everyday gift or if you really want to “go big” ( like a significant birthday). Totally worth it.

I called and canceled the order cause you said it will be only delivered 2/19/2021 and the recipients birthday was 2/18/2021. I sure hope you cancelled the order and refunded me the money or I will dispute this with my bank.

I apologize for not being able to deliver this arrangement, unfortunately we received this order in a very hectic time, the day before we had a very heavy snow storm and at the same time that day we received many orders online that of course for the same reason we couldn't deliver them on time, so we were behind with our deliveries.
The order you placed one day ahead delivery, needed some tropical flowers that we don't always have so we needed to place an order for them, and we did, but the flowers came late on February 18, since they were going to a rehab center and the message was in a different language we didn't realize they were for a birthday celebration, we assumed it was a "Get Well" order and we thought it was ok to deliver it the next day, a big mistake on our part! We are really sorry for our error, please accept our apologies, and if you want to try our service again, we will give you a 15% discount on your next order.
You will receive a 100% refund on this order, no need to call us again for that.

This florist is the perfect example of why I always "shop local" for floral deliveries. While I live in AZ, I never had any luck with FTD, etc. -- deliveries were "iffy" and arrangements frequently not as described. However, Floranza never fails to exceed expectations -- lovely arrangements and delivery is efficient and on time. In the picture, flowers looked beautiful, but my grandmother said within 2 days, the yellow roses died. Ordering from a premier florist, I would not expect the flowers to die in less than 3 days! Mark, we know that you requested delivery between 10:30 - 1:00 PM, we always try our best to accommodate our customers requests, they are very important to us, unfortunately sometimes there are issues that make it difficult. We didn't have all the flowers needed for this specific design, we put the order to our supplier as soon as we received your order, and asked for an early delivery, he had some delays and couldn't make it to our place until noon. We worked as fast as we could, but it was impossible to make the delivery between the hours you requested. The only issue was that I ordered the flowers for someone in the hospital and the delivery commitment was not met and therefore the flowers had to be rerouted. Other than this and the flowers being left outside this was a pretty seamless process.

For the 1st time in 30 years I found a florist who loves what they do. How do I know this to be true, especially since I've never met them or been to their store. Their professional chaotic-free website, the forms of communication and brace yourself: they actually sent me a stunning professional photo of the arrangement ready for the delivery truck. That extra service alone can only be attributed to a company that has confidence and satisfaction in designing their arrangements. And that's what I'm looking for.
I hope you find them to be as honest ( that means not a dead or partially dried flower anywhere) and genuine as I did. The website is organized, filled with original fresh floral suggestions along with a highly efficient communication system. To be sure, I'm a late comer here because I don't live there.

Delivery person called the day of delivery to ensure someone would be home to accept the flowers, very convenient. The delivery person was polite and helpful.
