Floral Sentiments is a woman-owned, family-operated floral studio in Englishtown, New Jersey, with more than 25 years of experience creating flowers for life’s most meaningful moments. Over the years, we have served customers throughout Englishtown, Manalapan, Marlboro, Freehold, Colts Neck, Monroe Township, Old Bridge, Howell, Holmdel, Morganville, and surrounding communities, becoming a trusted local florist for everything from everyday occasions to large celebrations. Floral Sentiments is a woman owned business operated by the Zarrelli Family. For more than twenty-five years, Floral Sentiments has been working with brides and grooms, hosts and hostesses in the tri-state area to create the perfect atmosphere for their special events. Modern day event planning can be overwhelming due to the many options available. At Floral Sentiments, we pride ourselves on being able to help our clients organize their dreams into a complete design that will have their guests awestruck. We work closely with your event planner and venue manager to insure that every detail is attended. We also have a complete list of trusted wedding industry friends if you need assistance in wedding planning — lighting specialists, pastry chefs, venues, photographers, event planners, staging designers, graphic designers, printers, musicians, DJ’s, performers and limousine companies to help you complete your vision. Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Floral Sentiments offers local hand delivery within our designated delivery radius surrounding Englishtown, NJ. Delivery availability is based on the recipient’s address and can be confirmed during checkout.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 1:00 PM, depending on location, order volume, and availability. Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate or arrange for delivery at another time. Please provide accurate contact information and any helpful delivery instructions when placing your order. Delivery availability, service areas, and timing are subject to change.
Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
