I wanted a Mother's Day bouquet with ranunculus for my wife, as they are her favorite, and this was absolutely perfect. It looked amazing to me, but it didn't really matter what I thought! Hi Daniel, We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed. The arrangement you received was a larger version but more importantly it had more expensive flowers that the standard such as English garden roses, instead of regular roses, additional orchids, hydrangea, hybrid delphinium and grape hyacinth. We send photos out before you get the delivery so you can decide at that point if there is something you want us to change. Also, if you are not happy when you get the arrangement it is best to let us know right away because it is a perishable product. If you notify us within 24 hours that you are not happy with your delivery we will pick it up and replace it. Thank you - Floral Heights.

Fairly disappointed. For $100 ($140 after fees and taxes), I definitely expected more. Received notice of a substitution, so instead of being entirely white roses as the description states, I was given white roses with dutch lisianthus mixed in, and was not given any price concession.
5/10, likely will not shop with Floral Heights again.

The substitution included a high end Dutch lisianthus with white roses, as some of the roses we received that day were bruised in transit. There were no tulips and too many roses which will not last very long in hot weather.
Please could you have more arrangements that do not include roses but lilies such as orientals as they last longer.
I would also like to order just a bunch of flowers and not an arrangement and I could not see how to do that on your website.

Two employees confirmed that it would be all white peonies even though the arrangement on the screen looked different. It ended up a mix of white flowers, lopsided, half-crushed, and poorly arranged. The kind people at Floral Heights called me to let me know that they went to the building and saw they needed more information. On a Tuesday after a national holiday, I chose one arrangement online to be delivered the same day. I immediately got a call (from the manager/owner?) that they were out of that particular one, suggesting a similar one that they could make really nice. I said ok because I needed same day delivery. I also left a note and her number so the delivery person could giver her an approximate time. The flower arrangement was beautiful and they went out of their way to make the delivery experience smooth. The only hiccup was that the doorman forgot to tell the recipient that they had arrived, which is not the fault of the florist at all, but a message to the recipient that they were left with the doorman would have been helpful in retrospect.

Looked online to find a florist near my friend's home in Brooklyn because I wanted to support a local business. Floral Heights popped up along with a couple others. I chose Floral Heights based on the reviews posted and was not disappointed. First, they reached out to let me know my delivery date had to be postponed because of the snowstorm that delayed their fresh flower delivery. They rescheduled for two days later with me; reached out to the recipient to insure they would be home; sent me an email the day of the delivery with a picture of the arrangement; and waited at the recipient's door to insure delivery completion. But most importantly, my friend loved the arrangement, and she said the candle and soap accompaniments were top quality. That's what you ask for from a florist - quality product. And that is what Floral Heights provides - quality product and impeccable customer service.

The protective packaging was so protective that the one pitiful stem snapped when it was opened. Communication with the shop was frustrating, just blaming the recipient.

As per the description on the website, you can get 4 pots for a premium upgrade of $100. We delivered a ceramic bowl with 3 succulent plants for your $35 order. The plants were all healthy & fresh as per the photo we sent you before delivery. We did pick up the item from the recipient to determine what the complaint was about and realized that she had damaged one of the succulents when watering and handling because it is a fragile plant. We replaced the damaged plant & returned it to her and will send you a photograph of the replacement.

The process was simple and easy, from start to finish: ordering a milestone birthday arrangement to be same day delivered in New York City. Given the delivery zip code, the site offered me literally hundreds of options to chose from dozens of independent local florists, took my delivery information, allowed me to upgrade the bouquet (which was already lovely, but allowed for even more gorgeous blossoms!), took the information for the gift card, emailed me to let me know when precisely delivery occurred, and also sent me a photo of the *actual* floral arrangement that was delivered, so I could see how it compared (very favorably!) to the ordering photo. Floral Heights made sure she was able to receive them regardless of the hotel being a little difficult in not providing room service. The flowers are beautiful. The delivery time is ridiculous. Same day delivery, but the delivery time was between 5-7 pm. I did not know this until I called them to see why they had not been delivered. They said they called the delivery contact to see if he would be there all day. He said yes. I don't think 5-7 pm constitutes all day. Unfortunately, the person receiving the delivery had to stay around for the delivery and was late for his dinner plans. Based on this delivery issue, I will never use them again.

Honestly this one was pretty disappointing. Service was great, flowers looked very nice but 2 days later and everything has wilted and 1/4 of the arrangement had to be thrown out yesterday and the balance is going in the compost tonight. I am sad to say that I was so disappointed. I never leave reviews but I felt I absolutely needed to in this case. I purchased double dutch tulips for my valentine, for our first valentine. I understand if the color of the type of flower is not available, HOWEVER the flowers my valentine received was NOT the same arrangement. They resembled something I could have picked up from Wholefoods.
When I called, a woman on the phone told me the flowers would bloom into double dutch tulips. I am writing this 2 days later and the flowers, have bloomed but into your typical tulips you see at the market. I'm embarrassed. I really wanted to make an impression, as I sent this to my valentine's job. I get it, its Valentine's, you guys are swamped but it's disappointing. I'm sitting here writing this review and you could see these flowers will never look like anything resembled in the picture.

Absurd that a delivery literally around the corner cost me an extra $18. A pic of the final product was sent to me, which looks pretty close to the sample shot on the order page, however I didn't receive this pic, or delivery confirmation until 5 hours after the flowers were actually delivered.

I was extremely impressed with Floral Heights and would recommend them to anyone. I live out of state, and found the website was very easy to use and place an order. They exceeded my expectations in service, when they called the recipient of my arrangement and learned the person was out of town on the scheduled delivery day. They called me in Illinois and without me even asking, they offered to make a new arrangement and reschedule delivery upon her return the following week. Also, once the arrangement was delivered, I was sent a photo of the actual final arrangement to see what was being delivered (it looked just like the example on their website) and another email to confirm it was received by the intended recipient.

Despite placing more order at 10am, it wasn't delivered until after hours at a business address. I had to tell me recipient to go and look for the gift in the mailroom because it wasn't delivered earlier in the day. It kind of ruined the surprise. Had I not told her, it would have sat overnight. Boo.
