I would highly recommend Floral Heigts, Inc in Brooklyn, NY. I placed an online order for a floral arrangement to be delivered the same day to my aunt who had just returned home from having a surgery. The website was very clear and easy to navigate. Unfortunately and unbeknownst to me I had the wrong delivery address as my aunt had moved. However that did not prevent Floral Heights from delivering the flowers on time. They contacted my aunt and made the arrangements to deliver the flowers to her new location. She was delighted to receive the beautiful arrangement and it really did make her day. I received an email confirming the delivery and was even sent a photo of the actual arrangement that was delivered which was a very nice touch. This type of commitment to customer service and satisfaction is why I support local businesses like this one. I will use their services again, no doubt.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
