|Thank you for the flowers delivery. They are pretty well, otherwise there are some points I wish to raise for you:
1. The flowers combination was different from this one we chose for this Day. There is a great distinction between the combinations- the one we ordered and the other one you delivered;
2. I asked to send me the picture of the combination via WatsApp-there was nothing;
3. I asked to provide the flowers by the appinted time - 8PM. Instead of what, you called to the Recepient early in the morning and delivered the flowers by the noon. So, there was no surprise for the Recepient.
Hope that next time would be better than this one, as the previous was quite good (last year).

|The staff were available and responsive, also confirming the delivery had been made successfully. A wonderful experience.
Only one minor suggestion for the management: it would be nice if it were possible somehow to select the time of day when the flowers would be delivered. Still, full marks for a job well done!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
