At Fleurette D’Amour, we believe that flowers are more than just gifts—they are emotions, stories, and memories wrapped in petals. Our floral designs go beyond the ordinary, embracing luxury, elegance, and meticulous attention to detail. Every arrangement is carefully curated to make each recipient feel truly special.
Based in Houston, Texas, we are redefining the floral experience with a touch of sophistication and artistry. Our mission is to transform emotions into breathtaking floral compositions, turning every bouquet into a masterpiece that speaks from the heart.
Because flowers should not only be seen—they should be felt.
Flowers have been a part of my life since I was a child. Growing up in Venezuela, I was raised among petals, colors, and fragrances, as my mother owned a flower shop where I learned the magic of floral artistry.
In 2015, I made the life-changing decision to move to the United States, landing in Houston, Texas. From that moment on, my passion became my purpose: to create a floral business that would bring a unique, refined, and luxurious touch to the city.
For me, flowers are more than arrangements—they are art. Every bouquet I design is a reflection of my clients’ emotions, carefully crafted to express love, gratitude, joy, and even the unspoken words of the heart.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery throughout Katy and select surrounding areas. Delivery availability and fees are determined by the delivery ZIP code entered at checkout.
Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery is available for eligible ZIP codes and will be automatically shown at checkout when available.
Please allow a minimum of 2 hours from the time your order is placed for same-day delivery. During busy periods, holidays, or high-volume days, additional delivery time may be required.
Delivery Times We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless it has been previously arranged with our team. If you need your flowers delivered by a specific time, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Recipient Information Please provide the recipient’s full name, correct delivery address, apartment or suite number (if applicable), and a valid phone number.
If the Recipient Is Not Available If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate or contact the recipient/customer for further instructions. Redelivery may require an additional delivery fee.
Apartments & Gated Communities Customers are responsible for providing any gate codes, building numbers, apartment numbers, or access instructions needed to complete the delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please double-check all delivery information before submitting your order. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Hospitals, Hotels & Businesses Please provide the recipient’s full name and any available room, department, suite, or company information. Deliveries are subject to the receiving policies and access restrictions of each location.
Holidays & High-Volume Dates Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-volume occasions may have extended delivery windows. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed on these dates.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
