Substitution Policy
At Fleur De CJ, every arrangement is handcrafted with fresh flowers. While we strive to create each design as pictured, seasonal availability and market conditions may require substitutions. If a flower, greenery, or container is unavailable, we will substitute it with one of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and quality of your arrangement. Our goal is to ensure every order is beautiful and thoughtfully designed.
Delivery Policy
At Fleur De CJ, we proudly offer local flower delivery throughout Manhattan and select nearby neighborhoods.
Orders are delivered during our regular delivery hours.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time and is subject to availability.
Please provide a complete delivery address, recipient’s phone number, and any delivery instructions when placing your order.
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate or contact the recipient for further instructions.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, severe weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Policy
Every arrangement at Fleur De CJ is carefully handcrafted and personally inspected before it leaves our shop. If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We review each situation individually and will work with you to reach a fair resolution when a genuine issue arises.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (929) 496-9609, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (929) 496-9609 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
