Experience: 5/5, transaction was easy and smooth, my friend who received it loved it so so so much. I asked for more pink/purple flowers to be used, and they kindly accommodated to my request.
Packaging: 5/5, it was delivered with plastic wrapping covering everything, so the flowers arrived looking stellar.
Accuracy: 4.5/5, in the picture the flowers are mostly on one side, but the end product had flowers more throughout. It was beautiful still, just a little bit different.
Overall it was an beautiful floral arrangement, and I will definitely be back to order again.

I am half way across the world and was looking for a reliable florist to deliver flowers to my mom for her birthday in NYC. This website portrayed beautiful arrangements that I knew my mother would love as she is a flower fanatic. Disappointed in an understatement at the flowers she received vs what is pictured online ( please see attached pictures of the website image and the flowers she received ) also mind you, I pay $112 for this arrangement, this is with delivery fees attached. And yes I understand and read the substitution policy. With that substitution policy, it is granted that flowers in said vase pictured online are not available then u would replace with ‘similar’ I get that ! BUT If ALL the flowers are not available why not put ‘unavailable’ for the arrangement online ???? Did the style, theme and color scheme match the arrangement? I THINK NOT. It is not AT ALL similar to the online picture. It is completely different and underwhelming!

Absolutely gorgeous arrangement, my only issue was that it was supposed to have some succulents in the arrangement and it did not. I was hoping for the succulents because my daughter collects them but the arrangement was beautiful and I’d use this florist again!

I looked at many, many online arrangements and chose the Salt of the Earth because it was very green, organic and modern looking. It had a wildflower feel that suited the recipient and it was more unique looking than other options. I paid for the upgrade to deluxe. I read the waiver that it may not be exactly like the picture. I even provided a note saying what I liked about the bouquet I bought. The recipient received something completely unlike the picture, zero greens or eucalyptus, not the same feel at all, it was a large, very colorful bunch of flowers but it was not at all what I selected. I called the florist and they said I had signed the waiver and if I wanted, they would pick it up and redeliver something else. My poor friend just suffered a death in her family, I was not going to tell her the flower delivery was now going to be picked up and then replaced. It would have been inappropriate given the situation. Appreciate the same day delivery but disappointed that it was nothing at all like the picture.

The bouquet sent was not identical to the photo but, the value and presentation of the bouquet delivered was even more beautiful than the photo. Horrible experience! The only information given is type of flowers and photograph. Thus, it is reasonable to think the photo is what you will receive. Not even close! We got two orchids instead of the three in the photo and a cheap clay pot instead of anything like what was in the photo. When we called, the store said the photo is “just a picture” and we have to spend 60% more to get what was in the photo.
I will not trust Bloom Nation or this florist again!! I have never written a review like this before, but the experience was so appalling that I am letting you know.
