I’m disappointed in my experience. While the delivery and presentation was wonderful day off, the flowers didn’t last 24 hours. For the price, I expected at least a few days for the recipient to enjoy them.

Please call me 770-425-6570, this is not normal for our flowers, I would like to discuss this with you on the phone. I’m so sorry this happened. Purple roses open up quickly but they will last. Was your vase filled with water? Was it near a heat source? I will send a replacement and pick this one up. I’ll be waiting for your call asap.

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
