I decided to order flowers last minute for my boyfriend’s mom on her birthday (I found out she took the day off from work). The lady representative was very informative and accommodating with a last minute request the day before Valentine’s Day. My flowers did not include the big flower shown in the picture shown. They were nice but without the big flower shown in the picture they were not as nice as I expected. Also the delivery was after 10PM so the flowers sat outside all night. At least there was no rain. They were on the front porch which has no cover but my side entry entry has a roof. Common sense would be to place the flowers on the covered porch. As you come up my driveway the side porch is very visible. I was a little disappointed but since my wife had not see the picture advertised she seemed to like them OK.

I ordered the lavender beauty bouquet. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like a lavender bouquet. I knew about the change with the lillies and hydrangeas, but had no idea that there where going to be no lavender flowers at all. The roses were red instead if lavender. I picked this bouquet because my wife loves lavender roses. I even upgraded to the premium and spent 20 more dollars to get more in the bouquet. Spent over 100 dollars and didnt even get a dozen roses. But there sure is enough green in the bouquet. My wife had had these flowers for 3 1/2 days and the flowers are already welting and dying. Disappointed in so many ways.

I sent an arrangement of plants to my friend for her birthday July 25. 3 days later, today, she took the plants to the shop to point out they were already dying. My friend said the salesperson was not helpful and did not offer any guarantee of replacement. The plants came with no care instructions.

I am so sorry that your friend was still dissatisfied after we spoke with her twice regarding the plants she received. She told me that she had them sitting outside and I explained to her that the plant she was talking about was not an outdoor plant. The spots on it were due to it being outdoors and I cut them off for her. All the plants were very healthy and I did not understand why she had an issue. She even said that the other plants in the dish garden were doing well. The buds of the peace lily had black spots after it had been sitting outside for the days she had it. The blooms were dying and new growth was coming in. She insisted that she had absolutely no light in her home, and I told her that if she had limited light in her home that she could test out different areas by moving the plant around. I would have replaced the product and am still willing if that is what she wants.

What was received is not what was pictured on your website. The arrangement is missing 2 iris flowers and 2 snap dragons. It seems to me if you did not have those flowers you should have substituted with something. I was disappointed.

Stan S. I am so sorry for your dissatisfaction! I wish you had reached out to us after we sent you the picture of what we were sending, because that was a little while before the arrangement was sent. The recipe for the little miracle bouquet does in fact call for iris but they did not look good last week when they came in from the vendor. Due to this issue I followed our substitution policy, listed at the bottom of the page of each arrangement once selected. I used blue delphinium in place of the blue iris. This arrangement does not call for snap dragons but it does call for stock, 2 stock was put into this arrangement. Again I am so sorry that you were unhappy, but I would like to thank you for your feedback! If there is any way we can make this up to you please give the shop a call!

I ordered a Happy Birthday arrangement for my son. I splurged and got the most expensive version of it to ensure that it would look like the photo on the website. Unfortunately, the arrangement has about 1/2 the amount of flowers as is the picture. The delivery was right on time. Unfortunately, we will probably not order from them again.
