My name is Eva. I come from Central Europe, and for more than 30 years I have been in the exceptional position where my work is not just a job to me, but a passion…. Even at a very young age, I realized that creativity and a love of flowers would be the defining themes of my life. Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We will always try to accommodate a time sensitive order. Same day deliveries are generally available if placed before noon, but may not be available around major holidays. Please call us if you have any questions about the timing of your delivery. If your delivery requires a specific time we will be happy to offer you our express delivery service for an additional fee, if available. Sunday delivery is available when the store is open. If Sunday delivery is not available, your order will be delivered the next day. There is an additional delivery/service fee on most delivery orders. No matter what your budget is, we guarantee that you'll receive a beautiful arrangement that you’ll be happy with.
Deliveries may be requested to arrive in the morning by 12 noon or by 5pm, if the arrangement is being delivered to a business. Special requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability, however, there may be additional fees or restrictions for deliveries needed within two hours of placing an order.
To ensure prompt delivery, recipients may be called to schedule a delivery. If the recipient is unavailable at home, the delivery may be left safely at a door or with a neighbor. Redeliveries are sometimes necessary if the recipient is unavailable, the delivery driver believes the flowers or gift would be damaged or lost by leaving them, or if there are no neighbors available. If the recipient is located at work, we may be required to leave the flowers at a reception area or similar space if we are not allowed direct access to the recipient’s location. We will make every effort to hand deliver the flowers directly to the recipient.
If we have any questions or issues regarding delivery, we will try to contact you or the recipient. Therefore, please be sure to provide the delivery address and any necessary access information, such as the access code, accurately!
If you choose email notification, you will receive a message shortly after the flowers are delivered. Please note that email delivery notifications may be delayed by up to 8 hours.
We do our best to fulfill requests regarding delivery dates and times, but we cannot always guarantee delivery times and dates, including express delivery options.
*Please note that on major floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee any time-specific delivery requests, but we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Refund Policy
We offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (239) 980-9123, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (239) 980-9123 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
