Elizabeth's Garden is Mobile, Alabama's trusted local florist, serving families and businesses from our shop at 250 N McGregor Ave since the 1980s. We specialize in handcrafted floral arrangements for every occasion, from same-day delivery bouquets and birthday flowers to full wedding florals, Camellia Ball arrangements, prom corsages, sympathy flowers, anniversary flowers, holiday arrangements, and custom indoor planters. Unlike national wire services, every arrangement at Elizabeth's Garden is designed by our in-house team using fresh-cut flowers selected from growers around the world and delivered to our shop at least twice a week. No middlemen. No pre-made arrangements shipped from a warehouse. Just fresh flowers, thoughtfully designed and made for you, here in Mobile. We are a full-service florist dedicated to providing beautiful flowers and personal service for every customer. That means we deliver, design on-site for weddings and events, source flowers you can't find elsewhere in the area, and answer the phone when you call. Whether you're celebrating a special milestone, sending a thoughtful gift, honoring a loved one, or simply brightening someone's day, our team is here to help create something beautiful, fresh, and meaningful.
I'm Carol, the owner of Elizabeth's Garden here in Mobile. I learned how to cultivate, irrigate, and bring out the best in every bloom in my father's nursery while growing up in the floral industry. I love creating seasonal arrangements that highlight Southern favorites like garden roses and hydrangeas, and I take pride in sourcing and caring for each stem that comes through our door.
I enjoy getting to know customers and tailoring designs for their moments—big or small. Whether it's a bright bouquet to celebrate or a quiet arrangement to comfort, our staff will listen to what you need and tend to every detail with care.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Design Time and Delivery
We understand that you want your floral gift delivered as soon as possible, and we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional experience. Since each floral gift is handcrafted, we kindly ask for a one-day advance notice before the desired delivery date. This allows us to apply our design expertise to craft your floral arrangement and schedule it to ensure it arrives on time and in perfect condition.
For prompt delivery, in most instances, if all items are available and your order is submitted by noon on weekdays, we can provide same-day delivery within our standard delivery zone. Our standard delivery area includes the regions listed below which covers both Immediate and Full Coverage service areas.

Immediate Delivery Area: Coverage consist within a 1-mile radius of our shop located at 250 N McGregor Ave, 36608).
Full Coverage Areas: All of the following zones are covered in our everyday delivery routes: 36604, 36606, 36607, 36609, and 36693.
Limited Coverage Areas: We also deliver to parts of 36602, 36603, 36605, 36608, 36618, and 36695, depending on distance from shop.
Morning Deliveries: To schedule morning deliveries, please place your orders in advance of the delivery date.
Specific time deliveries: If approved, these will be scheduled according to available time-slots and to the priority of the routes and might involve additional charges.

Customer Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you have any concerns about fresh or live plants, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order during our regular business hours. This allows us to quickly assist with a return or exchange.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (251) 344-2654, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (251) 344-2654 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
