Within a few minutes of placing my order, I was contacted and found out that there was a Level 2 snow advisory that day, and they were unsure if my order would be delivered on time.
Needless to say, the flowers were delivered on-time, and they looked beautiful.

So I ordered this originally in all white & then saw that the woman I was ordering for loved tulips & the color purple. So, the following morning I called when the store opened & asked if she could add the tulips & some purple. She said she was just thinking that she had a lot of purple & tulips as well. The bouquet turned out amazing! Unfortunately the person I ordered them for was out of town. So, all she got was a photo of them from her sister. Too bad, she missed out! I'd definitely purchase from her again. Thank you! There's a reason why you have a 5 star rating. Well deserved too!

I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and was going through my email and saw one from the florist. They had taken a picture of the flowers and sent it to me. The arrangement was beautiful.

I am so impressed and beyond please with my entire experience with Elegant Designs. I live out of state and were search for a florist to make a birthday arrangement for my mom. The minute I landed on the website for the florist I knew this was where I was going to order. Absolutely gorgeous arrangements for any occasion were offered. I placed my order and waited for the delivery day, knowing my Mom would said pictures. On the day the flowers were to be delivered, I received in email confirmation that included a photo of the designed arrangement! I was so impressed with the service. My mom was very, very happy the arrangement, with the delivery ( they called to make sure someone was home to receive ) promptly delivered. I am a forever customer now and my Mom will be ordering from Elegant Design in the future!

I took a chance and picked a local florist in the town where the flowers were to be delivered. I also chose to do the florist choice for a design which I've never done. The day the flowers were to be delivered, I received a photo of the flowers from the florist showing me what they had created. Later in the day I received a photo from the recipient showing me the flowers and telling me how beautiful they were. I took a chance and it was definitely worth it! I'll use them again!

I was not able to see these flowers in person, but from what I did see of them, they were beautiful and exactly as I had imagined. These flowers were to comfort a family after the loss of their 14 month old nephew and the minute I saw the sample picture of them, I knew they were perfect. Elegant Designs in Bloom emailed me a picture of the flowers prior to delivery and emailed me right after they were delivered as well. Delivery fee was little and the note I asked to be written was beautifully wrote. These flowers did just as I intended them to do and Elegant Designs in Bloom made that happen. Thank you.

Easy to place order and pay on site. Since I was sending as a gift I never saw the finished product. It would be nice to see product in these circumstances. Even though it should match the order picture, it could be included in a confirmation email. I received a confirmation when the design was ready for delivery, indicating I would receive another notification once it was delivered, but I never received the delivery notification.

Very nice arrangement! And less expensive than using those 1-800 national ordering companies with their added fees. I'm always nervous sending flowers from 2000 miles away after a bad experience with a florist in Oberlin who delivered a sparse, half dead bouquet that looked NOTHING like the picture a few years back. I loved your communication. The email picture of the actual bouquet before you delivered it and the delivery confirmation email gave me confidence knowing she got exactly what I ordered and when it was supposed to arrive.
