About Us
It all started with a horse. Edler Acres is a small, family-owned 20-acre farm located in Ontario, New York. Jerry and I (Ellen) Edler have been married for over 36 years and are proud parents of three daughters and two grandsons. When we purchased our farm in 2013, our dream was simple: to bring our horses home and care for them every day. I had always promised my horses that one day I would own a farm where I could sit beside them, reading while they peacefully grazed in the pasture. Over the years, that dream continued to grow. What started with two horses expanded into a thriving family farm filled with chickens, goats, sheep, pigs, and livestock guardian dogs. Today, Edler Acres is home to a variety of animals, greenhouses, and seasonal floral production. Our passion for flowers has also blossomed into a growing floral business. While we are well known for sympathy arrangements, celebration of life flowers, holiday wreaths, and event florals, we are now excited to expand into everyday floral arrangements for all occasions. From fresh bouquets to seasonal designs, we are passionate about bringing beauty and joy to our local community through flowers.I

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We are proud to offer reliable local flower delivery to ensure your arrangements arrive fresh and on time. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume during holidays. While we do our best to accommodate specific time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will leave the arrangement in a safe and secure location when possible. We may also leave the order with a neighbor, front desk, or reception area. The customer assumes responsibility once the delivery has been completed.
Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient contact information are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery if no safe location is available or if access to the delivery location is restricted.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
