I'm Teresita, owner of Dulce Bloom Florist LLC, a small family-run shop in Romeoville. I learned to arrange garden blooms , and that early love of color and texture guides every bouquet I create. I especially enjoy seasonal designs, loose wildflower arrangements, and compact pieces that brighten a kitchen table or desk.
My goal is to make every customer feel cared for - I listen to what a bouquet should say, suggest blooms that suit the moment, and wrap each arrangement with thoughtfulness. I'm grateful to serve our community and to share a little floral joy with every delivery.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy

Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
