I’m very pleased with my experience with Divine Flowers! From start to finish, their communication was thoughtful and professional. They let me know in advance that the delivery time might need to be adjusted from my original request, which I completely understood. I really appreciated the polite message they left with the update—it showed great customer care. They delivered right on time, exactly between 11–12 PM as promised, and even offered flexibility to change the delivery date if needed. The recipient shared photos and said the arrangement looked beautiful and truly brightened her day—which was exactly what I was hoping for.
